DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1006-6233.2021.02.002
Objective:
To explore the relationship between uterine artery hemodynamic parameters and coagulation function in patients with repeated implantation failure.
Methods:
The patients undergoing in vitro fertilization-embryo transfor (IVF-ET) treatment in our hospital were divided into the first pregnancy success group, the first pregnancy failure group and the repeated implantation failure group. The basic data, oocyte acquisition, transplantation, uterine artery hemodynamics and thromboelastogram parameters were collected and analyzed.
Results:
There were no statistically significant difference in the basic data, oocyte acquisition and transplantation of the three groups; the uterine artery hemodynamic parameters PI, RI and S/D in the repeated failure group were higher than those in the other two groups, and the difference were statistically significant; The MA value of the repeated failure group were significantly higher than those in the other two groups.
Conclusion:
It is very necessary to detect the uterine artery hemodynamic parameters and TEG in patients who were suspected with repeated implantation failure. Once the prethrombotic state or the increase of uterine artery blood flow resistance was found, corresponding treatment should be given in time to improve the success rate.

LI Yumi, ZHANG Pei, TANG Yong, et al
DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1006-6233.2021.02.005
Objective:
To investigate the effect of long-chain non-coding RNA (lncRNA) tissue differentiation-induced non-protein coding (TINCR) on the apoptosis of rat cardiomyocytes by targeting microRNA (miR)-221 expression.
Methods:
The cultured rat cardiomyocytes were divided into control group (normal culture), pcDNA3.1 group (transfected pcDNA3.1 empty vector) and TINCR group (transfected pcDNA3.1-TINCR overexpression vector). The expressions of TINCR and miR-221 were detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction(PCR), the target binding relationship between TINCR and miR-221 was detected by double luciferase reporter gene assay, and the cell viability was detected by methylthiazolyldiphenyl-tetrazolium bromide (MTT), the apoptosis was detected by flow cytometry, and the expressions of B-cell lymphoma-2(Bcl-2) and Bcl-2 Associated X Protein(Bax) protein in cells were detected by Western blotting. Transfect miR-221 mimics or inhibitors into cardiomyocytes and analyze the changes of cardiomyocyte apoptosis; miR-221 mimics and pcDNA3.1-TINCR overexpression plasmid were co-transfected into cardiomyocytes to observe the effect of miR-221 on the viability and apoptosis of TINCR overexpression cardiomyocytes.
Results:
Compared with the control group, the expression level of miR-221, apoptosis rate and the expression level of Bax protein in TINCR group were significantly decreased, while cell survival rate and the expression level of Bcl-2 protein were significantly increased (P<0.05), but there was no statistical significance between pcDNA3.1 group and the control group (P>0.05). The results of double luciferase reporter gene showed that TINCR could bind to miR-221. Compared with the miR-NC group, the apoptosis rate and Bax protein expression level of the miR-221 group were significantly increased, and the Bcl-2 protein expression level was significantly reduced (P<0.05); and the experimental results of anti-miR-221 group are opposite. After up-regulation of miR-221 expression, the effect of TINCR overexpression on myocardial cell viability and apoptosis was significantly reversed (P<0.05).
Conclusion:
IncRNA TINCR can inhibit cardiomyocyte apoptosis by targeting miR-221 expression.

ZUO Xuemei, et al
DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1006-6233.2021.02.006
Objective:
To observe the correlation between the improvement of clinical symptoms and analyze the factors such as symmetric dimethylarginine and arginine by detecting the levels of asymmetric dimethylarginine and phenylalanine in the blood of children with phenylketonuria and to analyze the predictive value of the disease control in patients with phenylketonuria.
Methods:
Ninety-six children with PKU who were regularly reexamined in Chengde Maternal and Child Health Hospital from September 2016 to March 2019 were selected. The concentration of phenylalanine (Phe) in the blood was detected by high performance liquid chromatography. Patients were divided into a well-controlled group (Phe240~600μmol/L) and a poorly-controlled group (Phe>600μmol/L) considering the control level of phenylalanine; another 100 healthy children were selected and made the control group. The clinical data and laboratory indicators of the three groups of children were compared using high-performance liquid chromatography. The detection covers PHE, symmetric dimethylarginine(SDMA), asymmetric dimethylarginine (ADMA), arginine (ARG), total homocysteine (HCY). Automatic biochemical detector was used to detect serum creatinine (Serum creatinine, SCR) fine Amino acid (Arginine, ARG), triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (Totalcholesterol, TC), etc., and the clinical symptoms and intelligence scores of children were recorded; the correlation between ADMA and Phe, intelligence scores and other indicators was analyzed; multifactorial logistic regression analysis of independent related factors affecting children's intelligence development was conducted.
Results:
Compared with the control group, the intelligence score, ADMA, SDMA, Arg, Hcy water of PKU children were significantly lower than the control group, with statistical differences (P<0.05); compared with the poorly controlled group, the ADMA, SDMA, ARG levels and intelligence scores of the well-controlled group were significantly increased, with statistical differences (P<0.05); DMA, SDMA, ARG and HCY were the main factors affecting the concentration of phenylalanine (P<0.05). Among them, ADMA, SDMA, and ARG were negatively correlated with phenylalanine concentration, and positively correlated with intelligence scores. The correlation coefficients were 0.6, 0.7, and 0.4, respectively. Multivariate logistic regression analysis shows that high PHE level (OR=1.952) is an independent related factor that affects intellectual development (P<0.05), while older age (OR=1.074) and high ADMA level (OR=1.556) are protective factors for children's intellectual development (P<0.05).
Conclusion:
ADMA can be used as an emerging indicator for evaluating dietary metabolism control in children with PKU, and can effectively predict children's intellectual development.

Value of HPV Genotyping Combined with TCT in Screening of Cervical Lesions
YAO Xiaoyan, ZHOU Fangfang, MA Weiwei
DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1006-6233.2021.02.010
Objective:
To explore the value of human papillomavirus (HPV) genotyping and Thin-Cytologic Test (TCT) in screening cervical lesions.
Methods:
A total of 984 females with regular sexual life who were treated and completed HPV DNA and TCT screening at the outpatient clinic of the hospital between January and October 2019 were selected as the research subjects. Females with HPV positive and TCT ≥ atypical squamous cells with unclear significance (ASC- US) or HPV negative but TCT ≥ low degree squamous intraepithelial lesion (LSIL) underwent colposcopy biopsy. Pathology was taken as the golden standard to evaluate the value of HPV DNA, TCT and their combined screening in diagnosis of cervical lesions.
Results:
A total of 252 cases of HPV infections were detected in 984 subjects, with an infection rate of 25.61%. The top five HPV infection subtypes were HPV 16 (35.32%), HPV 52 (25.79%), HPV 58 (19.44%) , HPV 18 (9.52%) and HPV 11 (7.94%). Among them, there were 208 cases (82.54%) with single infection and 44 cases (17.46%) with multiple infections. 78 cases were positive for TCT, with a positive rate of 7.93%. Colposcopy and pathological biopsy confirmed 53 cases (67.95%) of abnormalities, including 33 cases of CIN grade 1, 8 cases of CIN grade 2, 7 cases of CIN grade 3, and 5 cases of cervical cancer. The coincidence rate of TCT screening results and pathological examination (52.83%) was lower than HPV (81.13%) and TCT combined with HPV screening (86.79%) (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the coincidence rate with pathology between TCT combined with HPV screening and single HPV screening (P>0.05).
Conclusion:
Compared with pathological results, the overall coincidence rate of HPV DNA combined with TCT screening for precancerous cervical lesions and cervical cancer is higher than that of TCT or HPV, which can make up for the defects of TCT screening alone. However, advantages of combined screening with TCT are not significant, compared with HPV screening alone.

LIU Huan, ZHAO Yang, SHEN Xingbin, et al
DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1006-6233.2021.02.011
Objective:
To discuss the expressions and significance of gap junction intercellular communication (GJIC) mediated by connexin43 (Cx43) and mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) in gastric cancer tissues.
Methods:
The expressions of Cx43 and mTOR in gastric tumor lesions and normal gastric mucosal tissues of 60 patients with gastric cancer were detected by immunohistochemical (SP) and qRT-PCR, and their relationships with clinicopathological parameters was analyzed.
Results:
The expressions of Cx43 mRNA and protein in gastric tumor were lower than those in normal gastric mucosa. However, the expressions of mTOR mRNA and protein were higher than those of normal gastric mucosa (All P<0.01). Regardless of mRNA expression level or protein expression level, Cx43 was associated with the differentiation degree, TNM stage, invasion depth and lymphatic metastasis of gastric cancer (all P<0.05). However, mTOR mRNA and protein were correlated with the differentiation degree, TNM stage and invasion depth of gastric cancer (all P<0.05). There was no significant difference between protein expression level and lymphatic metastasis (P=0.10), but mRNA expression level was correlated with lymphatic metastasis (P<0.05). Correlation analysis showed that the expression of Cx43 protein was negatively correlated with the expression of mTOR protein in gastric cancer patients (r=-0.656, P<0.01), and the expression of Cx43 mRNA was negatively correlated with the expression of mTOR mRNA(r=-0.528, P< 0.01).
Conclusion:
Cx43 and mTOR are involved in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer, related to the invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer, and in the evolution of gastric cancer, the decreased expression of Cx43-mediated GJIC may stimulate the increased expression of mTOR , and Cx43 may be a potential therapeutic target for gastric cancer.

To investigate the effects of total thoracoscopic anatomic pulmonary segmentectomy on surgical parameters, lung function and drainage volume of pulmonary nodules.
Methods:
84 patients with small pulmonary nodules in our hospital from February 2016 to April 2020 were prospectively selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method. Among them, the control group (42 cases) underwent total thoracoscopic lobectomy, and the study group (42 cases) underwent thoracoscopic segmentectomy. Differences in surgical indicators, lung function indicators (FEV1, FVC, FEV1/FVC) and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.
Results:
There was no significant difference in intraoperative lymph node dissection between the two groups (P>0.05), but the intraoperative blood loss, drainage volume, drainage time and hospital stay in the study group were all lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Analysis of variance of repeated measures showed that before treatment, there was no significant difference in FEV1%, FVC% and MMV% between the two groups (P<0.05). After 3, 6 and 12 months of treatment, FEV1%, FVC% and MMV% in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).In addition, the total incidence of postoperative complications was 4.76% in the study group and 9.52% in the control group, with no statistically significant difference between the groups (χ
2
=0.718, P>0.05) .
Conclusion:
The overall efficacy of total thoracoscopic anatomic pulmonary segmentectomy in the treatment of pulmonary nodules is better than that of lobectomy, which can largely retain the normal lung tissue of the patients and has less impact on the pulmonary function of the patients.

PEI Shuang, SU Jianrong
DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1006-6233.2021.02.015
Objective:
To investigate the expression and clinical significance of serum vasohibin-1(VASH-1) in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy (DN).
Methods:
252 patients with DN were selected as the research group for prospective study. According to the urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER), they were divided into normal albuminuria group (NA group, n=83), microalbuminuria group (MA group, n=85) and large albuminuria group (LA group, n=84). 85 healthy people in the same period were selected as the control group. 24 hours urine was collected for UAER detection, and venous blood was collected for VASH-1, transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1), C-reactive protein (CRP),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c) and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR) detection, which were compared among the groups, and the correlation between VASH-1 and other indexes was analyzed.
Results:
The levels of VASH-1,TGF-β1,UAER,CRP,HbA1c and ESR in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of research in NA group, MA group and LA group were as follows: LA group> MA group>NA group; the comparison among the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that VASH-1 was positively correlated with TGF-β1, UAER, CRP, HbA1c and ESR (r=0.526, 0.646, 0.529, 0.273, 0.592, P<0.01). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that TGF-β1, UAER, CRP, HbA1c and ESR were independent risk factors for the change of serum VASH-1 level in DN patients.
Conclusion:
The increased expression of serum VASH-1 in DN patients is closely related to TGF-β1 and inflammatory markers, which provides a new way to study the mechanism of inflammation and fibrosis, to assist diagnosis, to explore therapeutic targets and to develop new drugs in diabetic renal injury.

XU Yan, CHEN Jian
DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1006-6233.2021.02.016
Objective:
To analyze the changes and significance of serum amyloid A (SAA) and apolipoprotein B (ApoB) to apolipoprotein A1 (ApoA1) (apoB/ApoA1) in diabetic foot (DF).
Methods:
262 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) were selected as the study object. According to whether DF was complicated, they were divided into DF group (n=128) and DM group (n=134), healthy people without high risk factors of DM such as hyperlipidemia and obesity were selected as the control group (n=135). The changes of SAA and ApoB/ApoA1 in peripheral blood of three groups were compared. To analyze whether SAA, apoB/ApoA1, course of DM, HbA1c, FGB were independent risk factors for DF occurrence, and to explore the correlation between SAA and ApoB/ApoA1 and their predictive value for DF occurrence.
Results:
The course of DM in DF group was significantly longer than that in DM group (P<0.05), and the levels of ApoB, FBG, HbA1c, SAA and ApoB/ApoA1 in DF group were significantly higher than those in DM group and control group (P<0.05). Logistic multiple linear regression analysis show that course of DM, FBG, HbA1c, SAA and ApoB/ApoA1 were independent risk factors for DF. Pearson correlation analysis showed that SAA was positively correlated with ApoB/ApoA1 (r= 0.486, P<0.001). The prediction sensitivity (85.52%) and specificity (89.30%) of SAA and ApoB/ApoA1 were higher than that of SAA or ApoB / ApoA1 alone (P<0.05).
Conclusion:
SAA and ApoB/ApoA1 in peripheral blood are independent risk factors for DF, which have certain value for DF prediction.

MA Weili, CAI Ying, BAO Fengmei, et al
DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1006-6233.2021.02.017
Objective:
To explore the levels of serum interleukin-10 (IL-10) and CXC chemokine ligand 16 (CXCL16) in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) and its clinical significance.
Methods:
A total of 150 patients with ACS admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as study objects (ACS group), who were divided into acute myocardial infarction group (AMI group, n=79) and unstable angina pectoris group (UAP group, n=71) according to the disease type. Also, the patients were divided into mild lesion group (n=65), moderate lesion group (n=52) and severe group (n=33) according to Gensini score. And the patients were divided into single vessel lesion group (n=60), double vessel lesion group (n=58) and triple vessel lesion group (n=32) according to the number of coronary artery lesions. At the same time, 60 patients with stable angina pectoris (SAP group) and 60 healthy volunteers (control group) were randomly selected as controls. The serum IL-10 and CXCL16 levels were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.
Results:
The levels of IL-10 and CXCL16 in ACS group were higher than those in SAP group and control group (P<0.05). The level of IL-10 and CXCL16 in AMI group were higher than those in UAP group (t=9.186, 6.643; P<0.05). With the severity and number of coronary lesions in ACS group, the IL-10 and CXCL16 increased (P<0.05). The serum IL-10 in ACS group was positively associated with the Gensini scores and the number of coronary lesions (r=0.692, 0.702; P<0.05), and the CXCL16 was positively associated with the Gensini scores and the number of coronary lesions (r=0.637, 0.645; P<0.05). The ROC curve analysis showed that IL-10 and CXCL16 have differential diagnostic value for AMI and UAP, and the combined detection of both IL-10 and CXCL16 have a higher differential diagnostic value. The AUC was 0.860 (95%CI: 0.835~0.907), the sensitivity and specificity were 89.67% and 82.39%, and the accuracy was 86.34%.
Conclusion:
The up-regulation of serum IL-10 and CXCL16 are involved in the pathogenesis of ACS, which are closely related to the Gensini score of coronary lesions and the number of coronary lesions. Early detection of both IL-10 and CXCL16 can be used as important biochemical indexes for clinical differential diagnosis of ACS and assessment of the severity of coronary lesions.

DENG Cong, SUN Weimin, LIN Meishuang, et al
DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1006-6233.2021.02.022
Objective:
To investigate the characteristics, pathogen spectrum and risk factors for pulmonary infection in kidney transplant recipients.
Methods:
We performed a retrospective cohort study reviewing the medical records of 627 patients who had undergone kidney transplantation at The Second Affiliated Hospital Of Guangzhou Medical University from April 2017 to April 2019.
Results:
One hundred and five(16.75%)patients developed pulmonary infection during the follow-up period. Five cases(4.76%)of pulmonary infection occurred within 1month after surgery, sixty-one cases(58.10%)occurred within 2~6 months and 39 cases(37.14%)occurred more than 6 months after surgery, respectively. Among 105 patients, 70 patients had been detected positively with pathogens. The pathogens isolated from sputum and blood sampls accounted for 89.33%, isolated from throat swab and pleural effusion sampls accounted for 10.67%, respectively. The pathogens identified in 70 patients indicated that 54 (55.10%) cases were bacteria, 16 (16.33%) were fungus, 12 (12.24%) were cytomegalovirus, 1(1.02%)was pneumocystis carinii and 15 (15.31%) were complicated infection. The most common organisms were Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Escherichia coli, Stenococcus maltophilia and Staphylococcus aureus. Univariate analysis demonstrated that diabetes history(P=0.044), WBC<4×10

WANG Jiafu, LIN Lin, LIN Yaoyun, et al
DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1006-6233.2021.02.023
Objective:
To explore the clinical value of spiral CT and PET-CT scan in the diagnosis of lung cancer and lymph node metastasis.
Methods:
96 patients with lung cancer and suspected lymph node metastasis admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to August 2019 were selected. Within 2 weeks, spiral CT and PET-CT were performed. Based on the final surgical and pathological results, the efficacy of the two diagnostic methods in the diagnosis of lung cancer and lymph node metastasis was compared.
Results:
The results of surgical pathology showed that among 96 patients with suspected lung cancer lymph node metastasis, 22 had no lymph node metastasis and 74 had lymph node metastasis. Among them, 32 had local recurrence lesions; a total of 102 metastatic lymph nodes were detected, of which diameter There are 6 metastatic lymph nodes of ≤0.5cm, 75 metastatic lymph nodes of 0.5 ~ 1.0cm, and 21 metastatic lymph nodes of diameter ≥1.0cm. The accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, positive prediction rate, and negative prediction rate of spiral CT and PET-CT in the diagnosis of lung cancer lymph nodes were 75.0%, 74.3%, 77.3%, 91.7%, 47.2%; 94.8%, 97.4%, 86.4% , 96.0%, 90.5%. In the detection of metastatic lymph nodes, the total detection rate of PET-CT was significantly higher than that of spiral CT (P<0.05). In the detection of metastatic lymph nodes, the total detection rate of PET-CT was significantly higher than that of spiral CT (P<0.05). Among them, the detection rate of PET-CT was significantly higher than that of spiral CT on ≤0.5cm and 0.5-1.0cm metastatic lymph node metastasis, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); on ≥1.0cm metastatic lymph node, neither Significant difference, not statistically significant (P>0.05).
Conclusion:
Compared with spiral CT diagnosis, PET-CT diagnosis of lung cancer and lymph node metastasis diagnostic efficiency is more significant, with clinical application value, but the cost is higher, broad-spectrum is weak, so it can be used as a further diagnostic means to improve the diagnostic accuracy when spiral CT is difficult to determine.

Effects of Acute Normovolemic Hemodilution Combined with Autologous Blood Transfusion on Blood Gas Index Coagulation Function and Transfusion Complications in Patients Undergoing Cardiac Valve Replacement
ZHANG Bangjian, LIU Yixin, HAN Qingtao, et al
DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1006-6233.2021.02.025
Objective:
To explore the effect of acute isovolumetric hemodilution (ANH) combined with autologous blood transfusion on blood gas indexes, coagulation function and blood transfusion complications in patients undergoing heart valve replacement surgery.
Methods:
102 patients who underwent heart valve replacement in Panzhihua Central Hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects. The simple random number table method was randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 51 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were transfused with untreated remaining bank blood or machine blood, and the patients in the observation group were transfused with ANH combined with autologous blood. Before blood dilution, 15min, 24h, 48h after the end of the operation, record the blood gas index and coagulation function index at each time period, and record the operation time, intraoperative blood loss, chest drainage volume, fluid replacement volume, allogeneic blood transfusion volume, hospitalization Time and complications of blood transfusion within 1 day after operation.
Results:
There was no statistically significant difference in the operation time, intraoperative blood loss, fluid supplementation, and hospital stay between the two groups of patients (P>0.05). The observation group had significantly less chest drainage and allogeneic blood transfusion. In the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The PvO
2
, PvCO
2
, and Fib levels of the two groups of patients decreased first and then increased, while the levels of PT, APTT, and TT increased first and then decreased. The differences between the time points within the group were statistically significant (P<0.05). Except before hemodilution, the differences between the groups at each time point were statistically significant (P<0.05); there were no statistically significant differences in the pH levels of the two groups at each time point in the group or between the time points. (P>0.05). The incidence of blood transfusion complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, but the difference between the groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05).
Conclusion:
Acute isovolumetric hemodilution combined with autologous blood reinfusion has little effect on blood gas indicators and coagulation function in patients undergoing heart valve replacement surgery. It can significantly reduce the volume of foreign blood transfusion and adverse blood transfusion reactions. The combination of the two can protect blood more effectively. It is a safe and effective way of blood transfusion.

All of them were divided into CAD diabetes (n=129), CAD non-diabetes (n=201), non-CAD diabetes (n=33), and non-CAD non-diabetic group (n=104). Clinical data was collected and total coronary artery calcification (CAC) score was calculated. Multivariate logistic regression model was used to analyze the risk factors of CAD complicated with diabetes.
Results:
Dyslipidemia, pulse pressure≥60mmHg, CAC score>400, EF<50% and serum magnesium≤0.77mmol/L are all risk factors for CAD with diabetes, serum magnesium≤0.77mmol/L being the highest risk. The risk of serum magnesium decreased in CAD with diabetes group was 2.806 times higher than control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion:
Serum magnesium decreased is an independent risk factor of CAD complicated with diabetes, which can be used as a biomarker of reference for clinical diagnosis.

Efficacy of Intravenous Thrombolysis with Alteplase on Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke a Meta-Analysis
CHENG Zhirui, LIU Fusheng, WANG Sumei, et al
DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1006-6233.2021.02.028
Objective:
To systematically evaluate the efficacy of intravenous thrombolysis with alteplase on patients with acute ischemic stroke.
Methods:
Electronic database, including CNKI、Wanfang、VIP、CBM、Pubmed、Web of Science、Embase and Cochrane, was systematically search to identify the randomized controlled trial of intravenous thrombolysis intervention for acute ischemic stroke patients. Cochrane Collaboration risk of bias tool was used to assess the quality of included studies. Stata 15.1 and RevMan 5.3 were used to perform data analysis.
Results:
A total of 28 randomized controlled trial studies (n=2763 patients) were included in the meta-analysis. The results of meta-analysis indicated that compared to control group, intravenous thrombolysis could significantly improve the effective rate (RR:0.95, 95%CI:1.17~1.28, P<0.001)、NIHSS score (SMD:-1.11, 95%CI:-1.41~-0.81, P<0.001)、mRS score (SMD:-0.57, 95%CI:-0.69~-0.45, P<0.001)、BI index (SMD:-0.57, 95%CI:-0.69~-0.45, P<0.001) in patients with acute ischemic stroke. There was no difference in bleeding events between the control group and intravenous thrombolytic therapy(RR:1.18, 95%CI:0.87~1.59, P>0.05).
Conclusion:
Current evidence suggested that intravenous thrombolysis could significantly improve the neurological deficit in patients with acute ischemic stroke. The above conclusions still need to be further verified by larger sample, high-quality, multi-center randomly controlled trials due to the limit of quality of the included studies.

CHEN Hongmei, WANG Qi, FANG Zhe, et al
DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1006-6233.2021.02.036
Objective:
To explore the diagnostic value of fluorescent quantitative PCR (FQ-PCR) detection of mycobacterium tuberculosis in menstrual blood combined with interferon gamma release assay (IGRA) for female genital tuberculosis (FGT).
Methods:
A total of 156 cases of tubal infertility and recurrent abortion admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to September 2019 were selected for etiological examination, fluorescence quantitative PCR detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in menstrual blood and detection of interferon gamma release test. The patients were divided into 2 groups with the gold standard of endoscopic findings and pathological results. The rate of missed diagnosis was analyzed in both solo and combined detection.
Results:
The rate of missed diagnosis in combined detection was 14.29%, which was lower than 42.86% of PCR detection alone and 52.38% of interferon-γ release test (P<0.05).The rate of missed diagnosis in combined detection was 11.76%, which was lower than 35.29% of PCR detection alone and 52.94% of γ-interferon release test (P<0.05).
Conclusion:
As the early screening methods of FGT in tubal infertility and recurrent abortion, the detection of mycobacterium tuberculosis in menstrual blood by fluorescence quantitative PCR and interferon gamma release test have a certain rate of missed detection. The combined detection of the two diagnostic methods can effectively reduce the rate.
