1585 The Influence of Tirofiban on Myocardial Perfusion and Ventricular Renal Function of Patients with ST-segment Elevation After Myocardial Infarction by Early Intervention

Objective: To investigate the influence of tirofiban on patients with ST segment elevation myocardial perfusion and heart and kidney in ST-segment elevation myocardial infarctionly early intervention. Methods: 100 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were randomly divided into two groups, each with 50 cases. The control group was treated with low molecular weight heparin, and the observation group was treated with low molecular weight heparin combined with tirofiban. The cardiac color doppler findings, intervention and post-intervention three days before brain natriuretic peptide in renal function during the course of treatment and adverse reactions were compared before and after the intervention. Results: 1 week after intervention, both the left ventricular end diastolic diameter and the left ventricular end systolic diameter were less than before intervention (P<0.05). The left ventricular ejection fraction was greater than pre-intervention and post-intervention group, The left ventricular ejection fraction was greater than that in the control group (P<0.05). BNP levels in the observation group after intervention were lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The levels of creatinine and urea nitrogen after one week intervention were lower than before intervention (P<0.05), and after one week intervention the level of serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after the intervention (P<0.05). The rate of gastrointestinal bleeding, bruising and skin the total proportion of fecal occult blood or the like significantly of observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Tirofiban on the patients with ST segment elevation myocardial infarction after early coronary intervention can significantly improve the myocardial perfusion and protect the heart and kidney function.

1588 Short-term Clinical Efficacy of Laparoscopic and Open D2 Radical Operations for Carcinoma of Stomach and the Influence on Serum Inflammatory Factor Levels

Objective: To compare the short-term clinical efficacy between laparoscopic and open D2 radical operations for carcinoma of stomach and the changes in serum inflammatory factor levels. Methods: Totally 60 eligible patients were collected and divided into laparoscopic group (32 patients) and open group (28 patients) based on the wills of the patients and the families. The surgical resection conditions, postoperative recovery conditions, and serum levels of C reactive protein (CRP), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) before the surgeries and at 3d after the surgeries in the patients of the two groups were recorded. Results: The patients of the two groups had insignificantly different total numbers of cleared lymph nodes, distances between the distal resection ends and the tumors, and distances between the proximal resection ends and the tumors (P>0.05). The laparoscopic group had significantly better intraoperative blood loss, postoperative times to passage of gas by anus, to out-of-bed activity, and to eating liquid diet, and postoperative length of stay than those in the open group (all P<0.05). Before the surgeries, the patients of the two groups had insignificantly different serum levels of CRP, IL-6 and TNF-α (P>0.05); 3 days after the surgeries, the laparoscopic group had significantly lower serum levels of CRP, IL-6 and TNF-α than those in the open group (P<0.05). The laparoscopic group had significantly lower complication incidence than the open group (6.25% vs. 32.14%, P<0.05). Conclusion: Laparoscopic D2 radical operation for carcinoma of stomach causes small wound, clears lymph nodes thoroughly, has mild postoperative inflammatory reactions and good short-term clinical efficacy, and is beneficial to the rehabilitation.

1591 Knee Ostarthritis on the Method of Fire Needle High Selectivity to Cut off Articular Branches of the Nervus Saphenus and Common Peroneal Nerve

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of knee ostarthritis on the method of fire needle to cut of articular branches of the nervus saphenus and common peroneal nerve.Methods: Selected 60 cases of knee ostarthritis, And divided them into treatment group and control group randomly. 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated by the method of fire needle high selectivity to cut off articular branches of the nervus saphenus and common peroneal nerve. While the control group was treated by the method of blocking articular branches of the nervus saphenus and common peroneal nerve. Then evaluated the therapeutic effect of pretherapy,3 weeks and 3 months after treatment with the VAS score and WOMAC score,and recorded the complications on course of the treatment.Results: The total efficiency of treatment group was higher than control group(P<0.05). There's statistical significance.Conclusion: The method of cutting off articular branches of the nervus saphenus and common peroneal nerve with fire needle is better than nerve block.

1595 Effects of Mesalazine by Different Administration Routes on Active Ulcerative Colitis and the Influence on Serum Inflammatory Factors

Objective: To investigate the effects of mesalazine by different administration routes and serum levels of tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α), interleukin-10 (IL-10) and interleukin-17 (IL-17) in treatment of active ulcerative colitis (UC). Methods: Totally 60 eligible patients were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 31 patients in observation group and 29 patients in control group. The control group was given mesalazine sustained-release granules once for 1g; while the observation group was given mesalazine enemas once for 4g. After 4 weeks of treatment, the clinical efficacy was observed, and the serum levels of TNF-α, IL-10, and IL-17 were measured. Results: The observation group had significantly higher overall response rate than the control group (93.55% vs. 79.31%)(P<0.05).After treatment, both groups had significantly lower serum levels of TNF-α and IL-17 and significantly higher serum IL-10 level than those before treatment (P<0.05).The observation group had significantly greater improving extents of serum levels of TNF-α, IL-10, and IL-17 than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Mesalazine used by enema in treatment of UC has a significant clinical efficacy, and it is beneficial to the balance between inflammatory factors and antiinflammatory factors.

1598 Orthodontic Combined Repair Therapy for Patients with Dentition Defect and Teeth Micromaxillary Deformity for Aesthetic Effect and Function of Teeth

Objective: To observe the influence of orthodontic combined repair to treat patients with dentition defect and teeth micromaxillary deformity for the clinical efficacy, aesthetic effect and function of teeth. Methods: The data of 80 cases of patients with dentition defect with teeth micromaxillary deformity admitted in our hospital from April 2012 to April 2016 were retrospectively analysed. According to the treatment plan, all the patients were divided into two groups. The control group used repair therapy and the observation group combined orthodontic treatment. The clinical curative effect, beautiful effect and function of teeth of two groups were compared. Results: The curative effect and beautiful effect and function of teeth in the observation group were superior to those in control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Orthodontic combined repair therapy to treat patients with dentition defect and teeth micromaxillary deformity has a high efficacy and it is worth to promote.

1600 The Changes of Lung Function of Patients Dermatomyositis Associated Interstitial Lung Disease by Hormone Combined with Immunosuppressive Therapy

Objective: To investigate the lung function changes of hormone combined with immunosuppressive in the treatment of dermatomyositis associated interstitial lung disease.Methods: 40 patients with dermatomyositis in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2016 were selected,and retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 40 patients,all patients were treated with hormone and immunosuppressive therapy,the changes of serum creatine kinase level and pulmonary function were observed before and after treatment.Results: After treatment, the levels of 40 cases of patients serum creatine kinase was improved, serum creatine kinase (CK) values was significantly higher than those before, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01); after treatment,patients with pulmonary function level was better than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: Dermatomyositis with interstitial lung disease with hormone and immunosuppressive therapy can effectively improve the pulmonary function, reduce the pain of patients, improve the therapeutic effect, the prognosis is good, it is worthy of clinical application.

1602 Clinical Observation on Hollow Proximal Femoral Locking Plate Internal Fixation for Femoral Neck Fractures

Objective: To study the clinical effect of hollow proximal femoral locking plate internal fixation for femoral neck fractures treatment. Methods: 108 patients with femoral neck fractures from Feb. 2008 to Apr. 2010 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the patients in control group were treated with cannulated screw fixation treatment, the patients in treatment group was received with hollow proximal femoral locking plate internal fixation. The operation time, blood loss, hospital stay, bed time and complication were measured and the clinical effect in 3 years was compared. Results: The operation time, blood loss, hospital stay and bed time of treatment group were less than those in control group. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05); the complication in the two groups were pain, bone nonunion and infection, the rate in the treatment was 13.0%, while 33.3% in the control, the total effective rate of treatment group was 79.6%, and the rate of control group was 51.9%. the differences were statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion: The hollow proximal femoral locking plate internal fixation shows satisfactory clinical efficacy in the treatment of femoral neck fractures, the operation time and the hospital stay were less than control group, the complication was lower, and it was worthy of clinical use.

1604 Investigating the Relationship of PTENmRNA and hTERTmRNA to the Biological Behavior in Endometrioid Adenocarcinoma

Objective: To investigate the expression of PTENmRNA and hTERTmRNA in endometrioid adenocarcinoma, and evaluate the relationship of their expression to the biological behavior of endometrioid adenocarcinoma. Methods: The expression of PTENmRNA and hTERTmRNA of the 50 patients with endometrioid adenocarcinoma and 50 patients with normal endometrium were observed by in situ hybridization, then evaluated their influence to the biological behavior of endometrioid adenocarcinoma. Results: The positive expression of PTENmRNA and hTERTmRNA were 30.0% and 78.0% respectively. The expression of PTENmRNA and hTERTmRNA were correlated with tumor differentiation, FIGO staging, lymphnode metastasis and muscular infiltration of endometrioid adenocarcinoma(P<0.05). Conclusion: The expression of PTENmRNA and hTERTmRNA are related to the formation and development of endometrioid adenocarcinoma. Combined detection of PTENmRNA and hTERTmRNA expression can be used as an index to evaluate the malignant degree and prognosis of endometrioid adenocarcinoma.

1607 Clinical Efficacy of Folic Acid in Treating Senile Hypertension and Influence on Plasma Homocysteine Level and Vascular Endothelial Function

Objective: To analyze the clinical efficacy of folic acid in treating senile hypertension and influence on plasma homocysteine (Hcy) level and vascular endothelial function. Methods: The data of 90 cases with HTN treated in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 was retrospectively analyzed, and the patients were divided into two groups, the control group for 40 cases and the research group for 50 cases. The control group was treated with antihypertensive drugs, and the research group was treated with antihypertensive drugs combined with folic acid. The blood pressure, plasma Hcy level and vascular endothelial function of two groups before and after treatment was observed. Results: After treatment, the blood pressure, plasma Hcy level and vascular endothelial function of two groups reduced, but the research group was more evident than the control group, and the difference was evident, There's statistical significance(P<0.05). ET-1 level of two groups reduced, and NO, EID and FMD level of two groups improved. The difference was evident, There's statistical significance(P<0.05). But ET-1 level of the research group was lower than that of the control group, There's statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion: Folic acid in treating senile hypertension can not only evidently reduce Hcy level, but also improve vascular endothelial function, which is worthy of clinical application and research.

1610 The Application of Autologous Fat Granules Transplantation in Minimally Invasive Plastic Surgery

Objective: To observe the effect of autologous fat granules transplantation in minimally invasive plastic surgery. Methods: Material of autologous fat granules transplantation of 40 patients in our hospital from Jul. 2015 to Apr. 2016 retrospectively analysed. The treatment effect, satisfaction and complications before and after surgery were compared. Results: In the in this study, After 1 to 3 times particle injection, reduce wrinkles, soft breast implants, breast augmentation and each side injection of 40~80 ml/second, facial parts in 4~30 ml/second, two filling time interval for three to six months; after treatment, patients were higher, the injection parts satisfaction before and treatment (0.00%) compared with significant difference (P < 0.05); 40 patients without complications after treatment in this study.1 year follow-up found that local induration in 1 case (2.50%), disappeared gradually after through massage and hot compress, 1 case (2.50%) of skin ecchymosis fade, after local physiotherapy, not fat necrosis, liquefaction and skin infections. Conclusion: Autologous fat granules transplantation effect is remarkable in minimally invasive plastic surgery.It is worth promoting.

1613 Influence of Methotrexate Gestation Injection Combined with Curettage Treating Cesarean Scar Pregnancy on Clinical Efficacy, β-hCG and Adverse Reactions

Objective: To research the influence of methotrexate gestation injection combined with curettage treating cesarean scar pregnancy on clinical efficacy, β-hCG and adverse reactions. Methods: The clinical data of 150 patients with cesarean scar pregnancy treated in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were analyzed retrospectively. The control group was treated with methotrexate gestation injection, based on which, the observation group was treated with curettage. The efficacy of two groups was compared. Results: The fertile function, efficacy indicators and β-hCG of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the total incidence rate of adverse reactions of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Methotrexate gestation injection combined with curettage in treating cesarean scar pregnancy has evident effect.

1615 Effects of Simvastatin Combined CoenzymeQ10 on Ventricular Remodeling and Cardiac Function in Rats with CHF

Objective: To investigate the effects of simvastatin combined coenzymeQ10 on ventricular remodeling and cardiac function in rats with chronic heart failure (CHF). Methods: 40 SD rats were randomly divided into five groups:sham-operated group,coenzymeQ10 group,simvastatin group,simvastatin combined coenzymeQ10 group and model group.Coarctation of abdominal aorta (CCA) except for the shame-operated group. Testing hemodynamic of left ventricular end-diastolic diameter press (LVEDP),left ventricular pressure rise and fall (±dp/dtmax),left ventricular mass/body mass (LVMI);HE and Masson’s trichrome staining for morphology. Results: Compared with model group, hemodynamic analysis revealed that left ventricular end-diastolic pressure (LVEDP) were significantly lower in simvastatin group, coenzymeQ10, simvastatin combined coenzymeQ10 group(P<0.01), left ventricular pressure rise and fall increased remarkable(P<0.01);In addition, left ventricular mass/body mass (LVMI) and collagen volume fraction(CVF%) was decreased sharply(P<0.01).CoenzymeQ10 group,simvastatin combined coenzymeQ10 groups improved CHF remarkable than rest groups (P< 0.05).Conclusion: All of these results verify that treatment with simvastatin combined coenzymeQ10 has more obvious effects on improving heart function of rats with cardiac remodeling and inhibit ventricular remodeling.

1618 Clinical Study on Transcatheter Closure Therapy for Secundum Atrial Septal Defect

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of transcatheter closure therapy for secundum atrial septal defect (ASD). Methods: 68 patients with secundum ASD (16 male and 52 female), aged 3 to 65 years old, underwent image-guided transcatheter ASD closure in our hospital from Dec. 2009 to Dec. 2014 were collected as objects. All the patients received 12-lead electrocardiogram (ECG), radiography of the chest, and transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) before and at 3 days after the procedure respectively; and all the patients were followed up at 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, and 2 years after the procedure respectively. Results: The transcatheter procedure was successfully done in 65 cases of 68 patients. After the procedure, the heart function was significantly improved and no residual shunt discovered by ultrasonography of the heart. Conclusion: Transcatheter closure therapy for ASD is simple, safe and effective, with a high technical success rate.

1621 The Function of Compound Anisodine for Vitrectomy Down Behind the Position of the Patient's Fundus Blood Circulation

Objective: To observed the function of compound anisodine for vitrectomy down behind the position of the patient's fundus blood circulation. Methods: 80 cases of the use of vitrectomy combined with silicone oil filling operation of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment with retinal detachment were randomly divided into two groups,observation group (n = 40) in postoperative 1 d injection of compound anisodine, continuous injection of 2 weeks, and measurement of 1 d, 14 d after retinal microcirculation parameters (including (Volume), (Flow), (Velocity), and the control group (n = 40) did not give additional expand blood vessel drugs, measuring time, content and method, and with the observation group. Results: : The Vol, the Flw and the Vel of the control group after 14 d were decreased significantly than that after 1 d treatment (P < 0.05). The Flw and the Vel of the observing group after 14 d are significantly increased than that after1 d treatment (P < 0.05). The Vol, Flw, Vel of two groups after 14 d had more significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Compound anisodine for vitrectomy down behind the position of the patient's fundus blood circulation has a significant effect,it can reduce secondary retinal ischemia and improve the patient's quality of vision, has high clinical value.

1623 Effect of Shenfu Injection on Cardiac Function and Blood Index in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

Objective: To observe the effect of Shenfu injection on cardiac function and BNP、RDW、HCT、PCTlevel in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods: Sixty patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group treated with conventional treatment,and treatment group treated with conventional treatment and Shenfu injection.The cardiac function and plasma BNP、RDW、HCT、PCT were measured before and after treatment.Results: Compared with control group,the total efficiency of treatment group (93.3%) was significantly higher (70.0%); after treatment,the concentration of plasma BNP 、RDW、HCT、PCT levels lower than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); after treatment were compared blood levels of BNP and RDW in two group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),but HCT and PCT,statistics have no significant differences (P>0.05).Conclusion: Shenfu injection could improve cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure and lower level of plasma BNP、RDW、HCT and PCT,it can be as an option for the clinical treatment of heart failure.

1626 The Application Value of Dynamic Enhanced MRI and Diffusion Weighted Imaging in the Diagnosis of Breast Cancer

Objective: To investigate the application value of DCE-MRI and DWI in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods: A total of 78 cases of breast cancer patients were selected from January 2015 to October 2015 in our hospital and were identified as breast cancer. The diagnostic efficacy of DCE-MRI, DWI and the combination of the two methods were compared. Results: Fifty-three malignant lesions and 30 benign lesions were confirmed by histopathology. Sixty-four malignant lesions and 19 benign lesions were detected by DCE-MRI, sensitivity 94.3%, specificity 53.3%, accuracy 79.5%, positive predictive value 78.1%, positive likelihood ratio 2.02, negative predictive value 84.2%, negative likelihood ratio 0.11, Youden index 0.476. Sixty-one malignant lesions and 22 benign lesions were detected by DWI, sensitivity 94.3%, specificity 63.3%, accuracy 83.1%, positive predictive value 82.0%, positive likelihood ratio 2.59, negative predictive value 86.4%, negative likelihood ratio 0.09, Youden index 0.728. Fifty-four malignant lesions and 29 benign lesions were detected combined DCE-MRI with DWI, sensitivity 96.2%, specificity 90.0%, accuracy 94.0%, positive predictive value 94.4%, positive likelihood ratio 9.62, negative predictive value 93.1%, negative likelihood ratio 0.04, Youden index 0.862. The application value of combined method was better than DCE-MRI and DWI. Conclusion: DCE-MRI combined with DWI can significantly improve the diagnostic efficacy of breast cancer.

1629 Application of Mandibular Marginal Resection of Mandible Involved in Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Objective: To investigate the application of mandibular marginal resection of mandible involved in oral squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: 98 patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma who received surgical treatment from May 2010 to June 2013 were selected as the study subjects. According to the different operation scheme was divided into observation group (given mandibular marginal resection) 48 cases and the control group (given mandibular segmental resection)50 cases, the clinical situation, operation index, 1 ~ 3 year survival rate and recurrence rate of patients in the two groups were compared. Results: The two groups of patients with pathological grade, pT stage, mandible affected by lymph node metastasis and other clinical cases, the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.05).In the observation group, the operation time and the amount of bleeding during operation, and the length of the distance between the tumor and the length of stay in hospital and the control group, the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.05). The observation group of 1 ~ 3 years survival rate and recurrence rate compared with the control group, the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.05). Observation group patients after the overall self-esteem, life adaptation, social evaluation and comprehensive score were significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion: Mandibular marginal resection therapy involves the efficacy and safety of mandible in oral squamous cell carcinoma patients is better, but the clinical attention to its indications.

1632 Effects of Levonorgestrel on Development of Embryo or Fetal

Objective: To study the effects of levonorgestrel on the development of embryo or fetal, Methods: From July 2010 to January 2015, 78 cases of pregnancy taken levonorgestrel contraceptive failure and want to continue pregnancy were selected to be the study group, and at the same time, 78 cases of early pregnancy that want to continue pregnancy were selected as control group according to 1:1 matched. Analyze and compare the spontaneous abortion rate, the rate of fetal malformation and neonatal born. Results: Study group of spontaneous abortion rate was higher than that of the control group and had statistical significance (P < 0.05); the two groups in trisomy 21 and 18 trisomy and open neural tube malformation rate had no significant difference, do not have the statistical significance (P > 0.05); two groups of ultrasound screening for fetal malformation incidence had no significant difference, and were not statistically significant (P > 0.05); neonatal Apgar scores of the two groups had no significant difference, and had no the statistical significance (P > 0.05). Conclusion: The levonorgestrel could increase the chance of early spontaneous abortion; but the history of taking levonorgestrel did not increase trisomy 21, trisomy 18 and open neural tube malformation rate, fetal malformation rate and neonatal asphyxia incidence.

Objective: To evaluate the impact on patient's intraocular pressure, vision and complications after the clinical application of ultrasonic emulsification cataract gettering technique combined trabeculectomy.Methods: 90 glaucoma with cataract patients admitted in our hospital in recent years are selected as the research object, according to the different treatment method, they are divided into combined treatment group and control group.45 cases in the control group are treated by trabeculectomy while 45 cases are treated with the combination therapy of ultrasound emulsification and cataract gettering treatment. Compare the postoperative intraocular pressure (iop), visual acuity and complications of the two groups of patients.Results: There is no obvious difference (P > 0.05) between two groups of patients of their eye average visual acuity, intraocular pressure level before surgery. The level of vision improved and the intraocular pressure declined gradually in both groups by 1 week, 1 month and 3 months after surgery, but combined treatment group improved more significantly (P < 0.05) than the control group ; the postoperative complications incidence of combined treatment group and control group were 8.8%, 22.0%, the complication rates of combined treatment group was obviously lower than the control group (P < 0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion: the clinical application of ultrasonic emulsification cataract gettering technique combined trabeculectomy in the treatment of glaucoma patients with cataract can effectively restore postoperative visual acuity, reduce intraocular pressure, and with relatively few complications and high security, which is worthy of popularization and application.

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of analgecine muscle injection treating postoperative residual neuralgia of LDH (protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc). Methods: 90 LDH patients between 40 and 59 years old who were insensitive to regular conservative treatment (four weeks), with VAS 5 points,and still sufferedfrom lower limb pain or (and) numb at the 2nd week after waist 4-5 or waist 5-sacrum 1 nucleus pulposus removal and intervertebral fusion. They were randomized into three groups, with 30 cases in each group: group A (VitaminB1+B12Injectiongroup), group B (Cobamamide injection group), and group C (analgecine injection group). After being treated for 3-6 weeks by the listed three treatment methods, the clinical curative effect of analgecine injection treating postoperative residual neuralgia of LDH were observed. Result: the clinical curative effect of group C (analgecine injection group) was significantly better than that of group A and group B. Conclusions:analgecine injection can significantly improve the postoperative residualneuralgia of LDH and it has a significant clinical curative effect.

1706 Effects of Nursing Intervention on the Treatment Compliance and Negative Emotions in Patients with AECOPD

Objective: To investigate the effects of nursing intervention on the treatment compliance and negative emotions, to promote the rehabilitation in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD). Methods: A total of 60 AECOPD patients were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. The patients of the control group used usual care, while those of the observation group used nursing intervention, and the conditions of depression and anxiety, as well as treatment compliance were evaluated by self-rating depression scale (SDS), self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), and Morisky scale, respectively. Results: Before the nursing cares, the two groups had insignificantly different scores of SDS and SAS (P>0.05); while after the nursing cares, both groups had significantly decreased SDS and SAS scores, but the observation group had significantly greater decreasing extents than the control group (P<0.05). After 4 weeks of nursing care, the numbers of patients with good, ordinary, and poor treatment compliances were 27, 3, and 0 case, respectively; while those of the control group were 20, 8, and 2 cases, respectively; and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Nursing intervention can effectively relieve the anxiety and depression, make the attitude to treatment more active, and elevate the treatment compliance, and consequently is helpful to improve the quality of life in AECOPD patients.

Objective: To research the clinical effect, psychological state and influence on prognosis of applying clinical nursing pathway to patients received laparoscopic resection during perioperative period. Methods: The data of 102 patients receiving laparoscopic resection in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 was retrospectively analyzed. The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group received clinical nursing pathway during perioperative period. The clinical effect, psychological state and prognosis of two groups was compared. Results: The clinical effect and psychological state score of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the total incidence rate of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Applying clinical nursing pathway to patients received laparoscopic resection during perioperative period has good effect, which is worthy of promotion.

Objective: To research the influence of emergency nursing on psychological state, blood gas index and prognosis recovery quality of patients by cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Methods: The data of 102 patients by cardiopulmonary resuscitation in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 was retrospectively analyzed. The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group received emergency nursing. The psychological state, blood gas index and prognosis recovery quality of two groups was compared. Results: The psychological state score, blood gas index level and prognosis NIHSS and GCS score of the observation group was better than that of the control group. The difference between two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion: Emergency nursing can improve psychological state, blood gas index and prognosis recovery quality of patients by cardiopulmonary resuscitation, which is worthy of promotion.

1716 Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on the Degree of Satisfaction to the Nursing Care and Recovery of Nerve Function in Patients with Acute Cerebral Apoplexy

Objective: To investigate the effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on the degree of satisfaction to the nursing care and recovery of neurologic impairment symptoms in patients with acute cerebral apoplexy. Methods: A total of 100 eligible inpatients between January 2015 and July 2015 were selected, and divided into observation group and control group according to the admission numbers, with 50 patients in each group. The patients of the control group were given usual care, while the patients of the observation group given nursing intervention additionally, and the nerve function, viability, and degree of satisfaction to the nursing care were evaluated by China stroke scale (CSS), ADL evaluation form (Barthel index), and on-the-spot questionnaire, respectively. Results: Before the nursing cares, the patients of the two groups had similar CSS scores and Barthel index scores, and the differences were statistically insignificant (P>0.05); at the ends of 1 week, 2 weeks, and 4 weeks after the nursing cares, the observation group and control group both had decreased CSS scores and increased Barthel index scores, but the observation group had greater improving extents, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The observation group had significantly higher scores of health education, therapeutic nursing care, service attitude, and mental nursing (all P<0.05); the numbers of patients of the observation group who were very satisfied, satisfied, and dissatisfied to the nursing care, and the degree of satisfaction were 36, 11, 3, and 94.00%, respectively; while those of the patients of the control group were 19, 20, 11, and 78.00%, respectively; and the patients of the observation group had a significantly higher degree of satisfaction than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing intervention can promote the recovery of nerve function, improve the activity of daily living, and elevate the degree of satisfaction to the nursing care in patients with acute cerebral apoplexy, and consequently is worthy of clinical application.

1722 Effects of Comfortable Nursing on the Quality of Care and Cystospasm after TURP

Objective: To investigate the effects of comfortable nursing on the quality of care and cystospasm after transurethral resection of prostate (TURP) in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods: Totally 200 eligible patients were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 100 patients in each group. The patients of both groups were given usual care, while the observation group given comfortable nursing additionally. The occurrences of postoperative cystospasm, degrees of comfort and qualities of care during hospital stay were compared. Results: The incidences of postoperative cystospasm of the observation group and the control group were 16.00% and 39.00%, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=13.266, P<0.001). The patients of the observation group had significantly higher scores of simplified General Comfort Questionnaire (GOQ, Chinese version), including physiological, mental, psychic, social, cultural, and environmental dimensions, than those of the control group (P<0.05). The patients of the observation group had significantly higher scores of quality of care than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Comfortable nursing can effectively prevent from the occurrence of cystospasm after TURP, elevate the degree of comfort and improve the quality of care during hospital stay in BPH patients.

1728 Application of Warming Kidney Yang and Yiqi Gubiao Method in Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis

Objective: To explore the application of Warming Yang and Yiqi Gubiao method in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods: 152 patients with allergic rhinitis admitted in our hospital from July 2014 to December 2015 were selected as objects. All the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group of 76 cases. The observation group received warm kidney combined with Yiqi Gubiao method treatment, the control group took capsule in the treatment. The efficacy and clinical symptoms of two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 56.58% (43/76), 93.42% (71/76), respectively, which were significantly higher than the control group of 35.58% (27/76), 81.58% (62/76). And sneeze of two groups before treatment of blocked nose, runny nose, nasal itching and other clinical symptoms and signs of expression ratio compared no difference, after the treatment, The proportion above in observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group. Conclusion: Warming Yang and Yi Qi method for allergic rhinitis has significant therapeutic effect, and the clinical symptoms, tongue and pulse were improved, It is worthy to be popularized.

1731 Effect of Intestinal Flora of Type 2 Diabetes Patients with Dampness-heat Syndrome Treated with Gegen Qinlian Decoction

Objective: To observe the effect of Gegen Qinlian Decoction in treating type 2 diabetes patients with dampness-heat syndrome and the effect of intestinal flora. Methods: Forty-two type 2 diabetes patients with damp-heat syndrome were randomly divided into 2 groups:the control group was treated with Western medicine alone, and the experimental group was treated with integrated Traditional and Western medicine.The fecal samples were collected to extract bacterial genome DNA, and the composition was investigated by Illumina Miseq high-throughput sequencing of the V3 region of the 16S rRNA gene. Species in feces were also measured by real-time quantitative PCR. The relationship between effectiveness and gut microbiota was observed after treatment. Results: The total effectiveness of experimental group was higher than that of control group. Bacteroides correlated negatively with the reduction rate of dampness-heat syndrome, while Fusobacterium correlated positively with the reduction rate of dampness-heat syndrome. Conclusion: The combination of Gegen Qinlian Decoction with Western medicine has the effective treatment among type 2 diabetes patients with dampness-heat syndrome, and Bacteroides and Fusobacterium could be the markers of effectiveness.

Objective: To analyze the maternal adverse pregnancy outcomes in 2010, and summarize the related factors to provide basis for the prevention of adverse pregnancy. Methods: The outcomes of 4966 women of pregnancy in childbearing age admitted in three hospitals from January 1 in 2010 to December 31 in 2010 were analyzed retrospectively. The relationship between adverse pregnancy outcomes and age, nationality, occupation, residence, antenatal examination were investigated. Results: Macrosomia was the main type of adverse pregnancy outcomes, whose incidence rate difference was statistically meaningful according to different careers and places to live in. Followed by premature birth, whose incidence rate difference was statistically meaningful according to different age, different nationalities, different careers, different residence as well. Conclusion: Adverse pregnancy outcome monitoring and prevention should focus on preterm birth and macrosomia in Chengde. Women should choose appropriate pregnant age, trying to reduce the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes. To those people who live in suburban county, are unemployed and farmers. It may be one of the reasons for the premature fetus to have irregular prenatal on time.
