Abstract Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of precise light (DPL) combined with isotretinoin in the treatment of rosacea. Methods: 90 patients with rosacea in the outpatient clinic from October 2015 to March 2018 were enrolled, They were divided into observation group (n=45) and control group (n=45) by simple random method.The control group was treated with isotretinoin, the observation group was treated with DPL combined with isotretinoin. The clinical efficacy, lesion score and adverse reaction rate of the two groups were compared. Results: After treatment, the erythema score, papule score and pustule score of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group after treatment was 88.89%, significantly higher than that of the control group (66.67%) (P<0.05). The total adverse reaction rate in the observation group after treatment was 6.67%, significantly lower than that in the control group (22.22%, (P<0.05). Conclusion: The clinical efficacy of DPL combined with isotretinoin in the treatment of rosacea is significant, which can reduce the clinical symptoms of patients, and it is safer and worthy of further clinical promotion.
