Analysis of Related Factors Influencing the Efficacy of Arthroscopic Surgery of Early Primary Frozen Shoulder |

Abstract Objective: To explore the related factors affecting the efficacy of arthroscopic surgery of early primary frozen shoulder (PFS). Methods:The clinical data of 152 patients with early PFS admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to May 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. Patients were divided into good efficacy group (n=122) and poor efficacy group (n=30) according to the efficacy at 4 w after operation. Univariate analysis was performed clinical data, and the related factors affecting the efficacy of early arthroscopic surgery for PFS were recorded, and Logistic multivariate regression analysis was performed. Results:Logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that diabetes, cervical spondylosis, disease season, preoperative internal posterior rotation angle, preoperative shoulder joint score and postoperative functional exercise were independent related factors influencing the efficacy of arthroscopic surgery of early PFS (P<0.05). Conclusions:Arthroscopic surgery is effective in the treatment of early PFS, which is closely related to many factors, such as diabetes mellitus, cervical spondylosis, onset season, preoperative internal and posterior rotation angle, preoperative shoulder joint score and postoperative functional exercise.
