| Analysis of the Effect of Desdrogesterone Combined with Gestrinone in the Surgical Treatment of Endometriosis |

Abstract Objective: To analyze the effect of desdrogesterone combined with gestrinone in the surgical treatment of endometriosis. Methods: 120 conservative patients with endometriosis were randomly divided into two groups, 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with gestrinone (Nemeyong), while the observation group was treated with didrogesterone. In the observation group, the levels of FSH, LH and E2 before and after treatment, the visual analogue pain score (VAS) before and after treatment, the changes of carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125) levels before and after treatment, and the incidence of adverse reactions and 1-year recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the levels of FSH, LH, E2, dysmenorrhea, sexual intercourse pain, chronic pelvic inflammation and CA125 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05); after treatment, the levels of FSH, LH and E2, dysmenorrhea, sexual intercourse pain, chronic pelvic inflammation and serum CA125 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in incidence and recurrence rate in 1 years (P>0.05). Conclusion: Didrogesterone combined with gestrinone can improve the level of sex hormone, relieve pain, reduce the level of serum CA125 in patients with endometriosis, with fewer adverse reactions and lower recurrence rate. It is safe and reliable to use.
