| Clinical Observation of Deanxit combined with Yi Xin Shu Capsule in the Treatment of Anxiety State after PCI |

Abstract Objective: To explore the clinical curative of deanxit combined with yixinshu capsule in the treatment of patients with anxiety state after PCI. Methods: 120 patients with anxiety in PCI surgery admitted in Chengde central hospital from January 2014 to January 2017 were selected. They were randomly divided into four groups, 27 cases in group A, 37 cases in group B, 23 cases in group C, and 33 cases in group D. Group A was the control group, given standardized treatment of coronary heart disease combined with psychological counseling; group B control group were treated with Deanxit anti anxiety treatment; group C on the basis of the control group plus Yixinshu capsule intervention; D group in the control group based on the combined application of energy-saving and Yixinshu capsule for 4 weeks, four groups were observed in patients with HAMA score, angina and ECG ST-T changes. Results: Patients with treatment by deanxit combined with yixinshu capsule had lower HAMA scores(P<0.05); The per protocol effective rate was 94% for group D, 70.3% for group B, 78.3% for group C. Group D effective rate were significantly higher than group B, group C(P<0.05). Conclusions: Deanxit combined with yixinshu capsule can effectively treat the somatic symptoms of anxiety state after PCI, improve clinical symptoms of coronary artery disease.
