| Effect of Low Dose Methylprednisolone and High Effective Dose of Dexamethasone Decreased with Sudden Sensorineural Hearing Loss in the whole Frequency Therapeutic Effect |

Abstract Objective: To study and compare the treatment effect of low equivalent dose of methylprednisolone and high dose equivalent of dexamethasone for full frequency descent type of sudden deafness. Methods: From January 2014 to December 2016, 100 cases of patients with full frequency decline of sudden sensorineural hearing loss were selected as the research object, and they were randomly divided into two groups by taking computer random number method, each group had 50 cases, A group was treated with methylprednisolone, B group was treated with dexamethasone, after 2 weeks of treatment, the clinical curative effect, full frequency pure tone average and the incidence of adverse reaction were compared between two groups. Results: The total effective rate in A group and B group were 88%, 84%, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05); after treatment, the full frequency pure tone average in two groups were significantly improved (P<0.05), and the full frequency pure tone average in two groups was compared, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05); the adverse reactions in A group and B group were respectively 6%, 4%, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion: The low dose methylprednisolone and high effective dose of dexamethasone in the treatment for full frequency descent type of sudden deafness both have significant curative effect, can effectively improve the hearing of the patients, and the safety of the two medicine are very reliable.
