Clinical Observation on Letrozole Combined with Low Dose and High Purity Gonadotropin Efficacy in Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome with CC Nike Anovulatory Infertility Patients |

Abstract Objective: To investigate letrozole (LTZ) combined with low dose of high purity gonadotropin (Hp-HMG) in treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with CC Nike anovulatory infertility. Methods: 160 cases of PCOS patients admitted in gynecological clinics of our hospital from July 2014 to June 2016 were selected as the research object, randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Two groups of patients in the early stage of treatment were the same, the late ovulation treatment was different. The experimental group was treated with LTZ combined with Hp-HMG, and the control group was treated with Hp-HMG alone. All the patients were treated for 2 weeks. The indexes related to ovulation, follicular development and endometrial thickness were statistically evaluated, and the clinical pregnancy rates of the two groups were compared. Results: The ovulation rate and the rate of ovulation of the single follicle in the experimental group were significantly different from those in the control group(χ2=4.195,8.789,P<0.05),the average treatment cycle was significantly shorter than that of the control group(t=6.665,P<0.05);the number of mature follicles, the diameter of the largest follicles and the thickness of endometrium in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(t=23.605,8.556,18.742,P<0.05);The clinical pregnancy rate of the experimental group (48.7%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (20%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Letrozole (LTZ) combined with low dose of high purity urinary stimulating hormone (Hp-HMG) treatment of PCOS is better than Hp-HMG alone, which is more conducive to the development of follicular maturation, help endometrial growth, improve the clinical pregnancy rate.
