Abstract Objective: To evaluate the clinical reasonable application of anti-tumor traditional Chinese situation and analyze the intervention measures. Methods: Retrospective analysis of oncology 2015 4 ~ 8 months (before intervention) and 4 ~ 8, 2016 (after the intervention) hospital medical records 179 cases each. Statistical analysis of Chinese traditional medicine amount, DDDs and clinical drug use unreasonable situation.Results: The intervention before the anti-tumor traditional consumption amount, per capita medical expenses 2.0188 million yuan and 5078.33 yuan respectively, were significantly higher than 1.8874 million yuan, 44.9871 million yuan after the intervention, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Intervention after injection dosage forms of DDDs compared with before intervention decreased obviously, compared with oral dosage forms before the intervention. After intervention antitumor Chinese patent medicine use not GeLiLv was 11.18% (19/170), 38.24% (65/170), significantly lower than before, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion: Through effective intervention measures, can significantly reduce the consumption amount of anti-tumor traditional Chinese drug and unreasonable phenomenon, improve the level of hospital of rational drug use.
