| Effect of Auripuncture Tympanic Positive Pressure Lavage and Negative Pressure Drainage for Dry Ear Rate and Other Therapeutic Effects Index of Secretory Otitis Media |

Abstract Objective: To study effect of auripuncture tympanic positive pressure lavage and negative pressure drainage for dry ear rate and other therapeutic effects index of secretory otitis media. Methods: From August 2012 to August 2014 105 patients (112 ears) with surgical treatment in our hospital were selected as the research object. In accordance with the operation mode divided into observation group (auripuncture tympanic positive pressure lavage and negative pressure drainage) of 51 cases (56 ears) and the control group (tympanic conventional lavage) of 54 cases (56 ears). Followed up for 1 years, the two groups were compared with the near and long-term effects, as well as the treatment of ear related indicators. Results: The total effective rate was 94.64% in the observation group, whereas it was 76.79% in the control group(P < 0.05). The dry ear rate of observation group in 3, 6 and 12 months were 94.64%, 96.43% and 96.43%, respectively which were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the tinnitus, deafness, hearing loss and the proportion of ear fullness of the two groups were significantly lower, and there was significantly difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Auripuncture tympanic positive pressure lavage and negative pressure drainage in the treatment of SOM has a good short-term and long-term effect and can improve the patients dry ear rate, safety is good, it is worth in clinical promotion.
