Abstract Objective: To research the clinical effect, psychological state and influence on prognosis of applying clinical nursing pathway to patients received laparoscopic resection during perioperative period. Methods: The data of 102 patients receiving laparoscopic resection in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 was retrospectively analyzed. The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group received clinical nursing pathway during perioperative period. The clinical effect, psychological state and prognosis of two groups was compared. Results: The clinical effect and psychological state score of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the total incidence rate of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Applying clinical nursing pathway to patients received laparoscopic resection during perioperative period has good effect, which is worthy of promotion.
