| The Differential Diagnosis of Phyllodes Tumor of the Breast with Molybdenum Palladium and Ultrasonography |

Abstract Objective: To analyze 21 cases of breast phyllodes tumor of molybdenum and palladium and ultrasound and improve the diagnostic accuracy of the disease. Methods: The data of 21 preoperative color Doppler ultrasonography and X-ray molybdenum target confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively. The density/echo, shape and size of the tumor were observed respectively. Results: The diagnosis of 21 cases of X-ray mammography was misdiagnosed as fibroma, 2 cases were misdiagnosed as breast cancer. The accuracy rate was about 76.19%. Ultrasound diagnosis of 21 cases of misdiagnosis of 4 cases of fibroma, misdiagnosed as breast cancer in the 3 cases, the accuracy rate of about 66.67%. Conclusion: The results showed that there's some characteristics in the diagnosis of breast phyllodes tumor, but there's no specificity. It should be distinguished from the fibroma and breast cancer in order to improve the diagnostic rate.
