Correlation Analysis of Anticoagulation Parameters and Adverse Pregnancy Outcomes in Patients with Hypertensive Diseases in Late Pregnancy |

Abstract Objective: To analyze the relationship between the changes of coagulation parameters and the severity of the disease and adverse pregnancy outcomes in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension disease (PIH). Methods: A total of 199 hospitalized patients with pregnancy induced hypertension in late pregnancy from May 2019 to May 2021 were retrospectively selected as the study group: 55 cases of pregnancy induced hypertension, 75 cases of pre eclampsia, 69 cases of severe pre eclampsia, and 59 healthy pregnant women of the same age and week as the control group. The anticoagulation related parameters of each group and the adverse pregnancy outcome rate of the study group were statistically analyzed. Results: There were significant difference in 9 parameters between the hypertensive group during pregnancy and the control group (P<0.05,P<0.01), and there were significant difference in activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), fibrinogen (FIB), thrombin time (TT), platelet count (PLT), mean platelet volume (MPV), and platelet hematocrit (PCT) between preeclampsia and severe preeclampsia and the control group (P<0.05,P<0.01). Spearman showed that FIB was positively correlated with them (P<0.01), MPV, APTT, TT, PLT, PCT were negatively correlated with them (P<0.01). With the aggravation of the disease, the adverse pregnancy outcome rate increased, P<0.01, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: FIB, MPV, APTT, TT and PLT have potential predictive value for disease severity and adverse outcome.
