腹腔镜下不同膀胱入路治疗前列腺癌根治术疗效及对围术期指标术后尿控功能和勃起功能的影响

Abstract Objective: To investigate the curative effect of laparoscopic radical resection of prostate cancer with different bladder approaches. Methods: A total of 106 patients with prostate cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as research subjects, and were divided into observation group (53 cases, treated with laparoscopic anterior bladder approach) and control group (53 cases, treated with laparoscopic posterior bladder approach) according to simple randomization method. The clinical effect, perioperative indexes, urinary control function, erectile function, and complications of the two groups were observed. Results: After treatment, the total clinical effective rate of observation group was 98.11%, which was higher than 86.79% (P<0.05). All perioperative indexes in observation group were lower (P<0.05). The residual urine volume of observation group was lower, and the maximum urine flow rate was higher (P<0.05). The erectile function scores of sexual intercourse, sexual activity, ejaculation and sexual stimulation in both groups were higher (P<0.05). The above scores in the observation group were higher (P<0.05). The total complication rate of observation group was 1.89%, which was lower 5.66% (P>0.05). Conclusion: The anterior approach can improve the clinical efficacy, promote the recovery of patients, improve the urinary control function and erectile function after surgery, without obvious complications, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
