| Diagnostic Value of the Change of Serum PCT SAA CRP and ALB in Pancreatic Fistula after Surgery for Pancreatic Cancer |

Abstract Objective: To study the diagnostic value of the change of serum PCT, SAA, CRP and ALB in pancreatic fistula after surgery for pancreatic cancer. Methods: 83 patients who underwent pancreatic cancer surgery from January 2015 to January 2021 in Affiliated Hospital of Chengde Medical College were divided into pancreatic fistula group (21 cases, group A) and non pancreatic fistula group (62 cases, group B) according to whether pancreatic fistula occurred. The levels of PCT, SAA, CRP and ALB in the blood of the two groups were measured respectively. The blood was drawn and compared on the first day before operation and the second, fourth and seventh days after operation. Results: No significant difference was found between the patients one day before operationin two groups on serum levels of PCT, SAA, CRP and ALB(P>0.05) . But the patients two day after operation,four days after operation and seven days after operation in the group of pancreatic fistula on serum levels of PCT, SAA, CRP were higher than those of non- pancreatic fistula group, and on the levels of ALB was lower than those of non- pancreatic fistula group,the difference had statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: When pancreatic cancer complicated with pancreatic fistula, serum PCT, SAA and CRP increased significantly, and ALB decreased significantly. This indicates that serum PCT, SAA, CRP and ALB have important diagnostic value for pancreatic fistula after pancreatic cancer surgery.
