Effects of TPVB and INB on the Levels of TNF-α MMP-9 S-100β and ADP in Patients Undergoing Thoracotomy |

Abstract Objective: To investigate the analgesic effect of TPVB and INB on patients undergoing thoracotomy,and the influence of different analgesic methods on the serum levels of TNF-α,MMP-9,S-100β and ADP. Methods: Prospectively,400 patients who underwent thoracotomy in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as study subjects,and random number table was used to divide the subjects into TPVB group and INB group,with 200 patients in each group. VAS was used to evaluate the analgesic effect of patients in both groups. Serum levels of TNF-α,MMP-9,S-100β and ADP were detected by ELISA,and perioperative complications were collected from patients in both groups. Results: VAS score was significantly different concerning factors of time,group difference,and time-group interaction (P<0.05). VAS scores 6h,12h,24h and 48h after operation in the TPVB group were significantly lower than those in the INB group (P<0.05). Serum TNF-α,MMP-9,S-100β,and ADP levels were significantly different under the influence of time,group difference,and interaction between time and group (P<0.05). The serum levels of TNF-α,MMP-9 and S-100β in the two groups were significantly higher than those before surgery 24h after surgery (P<0.05),and ADP was significantly lower than that before surgery (P<0.05). The serum levels of TNF-α,MMO-9 and S-100β in TPVB group 24h after operation were significantly lower than those in INB group (P<0.05),and ADP was significantly higher than that in INB group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in complications and total incidence between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: Both TPVB and INB have good analgesic effect,but TPVB has better analgesic effect and can reduce the influence of inflammatory reaction and nerve function.
