补肺益肾汤治疗慢性肺源性心脏病心力衰竭临床研究

Abstract Objective: To study of strengthening lung and benefiting kidney soup decoction of the clinical value of treatment of chronic cor pulmonale heart failure. Methods: From February 2015 to July 2016, 94 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease and heart failure treated in our hospital were selected. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into observation group and control group, with 47 cases in each group. The patients in the control group received routine western medicine treatment, while the observation group was treated with tonifying kidney and kidney decoction on the basis of the control group. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. The changes of arterial blood gas index, lung function and quality of life were observed before and after treatment. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.62% (44/47), significantly higher than that of the control group 78.72% (37/47), the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, two groups of patients with arterial blood gas index were improved in varying degrees, and the observation group PaO₂ and SaO₂ were significantly higher than the control group, while PaCO₂ was significantly lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of FEV1 and FVC in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Group of physiological function, physiological function, body pain, vitality, social function, emotional function, mental health and general health scores were significantly higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The clinical effect of Yishen Decoction in treating chronic cor pulmonary heart failure is significant, which can significantly improve the arterial blood gas index and pulmonary function, and improve the quality of life of patients.
