| Analysis of Risk Factors of Heart Complications after Operation of Osteoporotic Hip Fracture in the Elderly |

Abstract Objective: To explore the risk factors of postoperative cardiac complications in elderly patients with osteoporotic hip fracture. Methods: From January 2017 to March 2019, 127 elderly patients with osteoporotic hip fracture were collected. Total hip arthroplasty was performed in selected time, and the population baseline characteristics and perioperative characteristics of patients were collected by Excel, The risk factors of cardiac complications after fracture operation were analyzed by logistic. Results: There were significant differences in age, BMI, smoking, history of hypertension, history of diabetes, history of hyperlipidemia, history of cerebral infarction and medication in the group without cardiac complications (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in anesthesia mode, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, and postoperative complications between the non-cardiac complication group and the cardiac complication group (P>0.05). After logistic multivariate analysis, age and BMI, history of hypertension, history of diabetes, history of hyperlipidemia, anti-osteoporosis drugs were independent risk factors for postoperative cardiac complications (P<0.05). Conclusion: The incidence of postoperative cardiac complications in elderly patients with osteoporotic hip fracture is high. Patients with hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia and oral anti osteoporosis drugs have a higher risk of heart complications.
