Change and Significance of Lactate Dehydrogenase, Interleukin-8 and Thromboxane B2 Levels in Aseptic Pustulosis |

Abstract Objective: To analyze the change of content and significance of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), interleukin-8 (IL-8) and thromboxane B2 (TXB2) in aseptic pustulosis. Method: The clinical data of 112 patients with aseptic pustulosis admitted to our hospital's dermatology department from August 2017 to September 2019 were collected, and 98 healthy controls were selected as the normal group. The differences in the content levels of LDH, IL-8 and TXB2 in different people were compared, and the correlation between LDH, IL-8 and TXB2 and aseptic pustulosis was analyzed. Results: The content levels of LDH, IL-8 and TXB2 in the blood of the patients in aseptic pustulosis group were significantly higher than those in the normal group (P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of LDH, IL-8, and TXB2 all decreased significantly (P<0.05). After treatment in 112 patients, there were 87 cases with good prognosis and 25 cases with grim prognosis. The content levels of LDH, IL-8 and TXB2 in patients with the good prognosis were significantly lower than those in patients with grim prognosis (P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that different types, LDH, IL-8, and TXB2 were independent risk factors that affected the grim prognosis of patients with aseptic pustulosis (P<0.05). Conclusion: LDH, IL-8, and TXB2 content levels all show high expression in patients with aseptic pustulosis, and the change of index can provide a reference for clinical diagnosis, monitoring of disease, and evaluation of prognosis.
