| Curative Efficacy of Omeprazole Combined with Aluminum Sulfatein in the treatment of Chronic Gastritis in Children and Effects on Serum Inflammatory Factors and Immune Function |

Abstract Objective: To study the curative efficacy of Omeprazole combined with aluminum sulfatein in the treatment of chronic gastritis in children and its effects on the serum inflammatory factors and immune function. Methods:165 cases of pediatric chronic gastritis admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to September 2018 were selected for this study, the patients were divided into observation group (n=85) and control group (n=80) according to the simple random grouping method. The control group was treated with sucralfate and the observation group was treated with omeprazole on the basis of the control group. Clinical efficacy, serum interleukin-8 (il-8), interleukin-6 (il-6), tumor necrosis factor alpha (tnf-alpha), immune function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:After treatment, the total effective rates of the two groups were 95.29% and 83.75%, respectively, with significant difference (P<0.05). After treatment, inflammatory factors in both groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment, and serum il-8, il-6 and tnf-alpha levels in the two groups were significantly different after treatment (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of CD3+, CD4+ and CD8+ in the two groups were significantly improved compared with that before treatment, and the levels of CD3+, CD4+ and CD8+ in the two groups were significantly different after treatment (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was 9.41% and 13.75%, respectively, with no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion: The use of omeprazole and sucralate in children with chronic gastritis has significant curative effect and can effectively improve the level of inflammatory factors and immune function, which is worthy of promotion and application.
