| Effect of Fire Needle combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Injection Intra-articular Injection on Lysholm Score and TLR4 Concentration in Peripheral Blood of Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis |

Abstract Objective: To observe the influence on Lysholm score the TLR4 concn of peripheral blood on the method of fire needles combined with interarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods: 80 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with fire needle combined with sodium hyaluronate injection intra-articular injection. The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate injection alone intra-articular injection. The changes of Lysholm score and TLR4 concentration in peripheral blood were compared before treatment, 5 and 12 weeks after treatment. Results: At 5 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment, the Lysholm score of knee joint in treatment group and control group was compared (P=0.000, P=0.000), and the TLR4 concentration in peripheral blood of treatment group and control group was compared (P=0.000, P=0.000). Conclusion: Fire needle combined with sodium hyaluronate intra-articular injection can improve Lysholm score, reduce TLR4 concentration in blood, alleviate knee pain and improve knee function.
