InterTan髓内钉股骨距替代型髋关节置换在高龄股骨转子间骨折中的应用

Abstract Objective: To study the different therapeutic effects of InterTan intramedullary nail and replacement hip replacement in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of the aged femur. Methods: 100 cases of intertrochanteric fracture of the femur in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2016 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the operation mode. 50 in the observation group were the replacement hip joint replacement group and 50 in the control group, which was InterTan intramedullary nail group. The Harris scores, activities of daily living (ADL), complication rate, operative time, intraoperative blood loss, hospitalization time and the time of postoperative onset between the two groups were observed and compared. Results: There was no significant difference in the Harris score, the ADL score and the incidence of complications in the two groups (P>0.05). The time of operation, the amount of bleeding and the time of hospitalization in the observation group were all higher than those of the control group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). The activity time of the observation group was earlier than that of the control group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: The replacement of hip joint with hip joint can shorten the time of postoperative activity, but Inter Tan intramedullary nail can shorten operation time and reduce intraoperative blood loss.
