五点套扎法联合消痔灵硬化注射治疗内痔的临床研究

Abstract Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of the five-point ligation method combined with Xiaozhiling injection sclerotherapy in the treatment ofhemorrhoids ofⅡ~Ⅲ degree. Methods: The clinical data of 60 patients with internal hemorrhoids were collected and randomly divided into observation group( five-point ligation method combined with Xiaozhiling injection sclerotherapy )andcontrol group (milligan-morgan hemorrhoidectomy ). The operation time, intra-operative hemorrhage, hospitalization days ,VASscores and the recurrence rate of the patients in each group were observed. Results:The operation time, intra-operative hemorrhage, hospitalization days in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05) and the VAS scores on the first day and fifth day after operation in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The curative effect of the treatment of Hemorrhoids with five-point ligation method combined with Xiaozhiling injection sclerotherapy is significant, it is easy to operate with small pain, less blood lossand the patients recover fast.
