品管圈在提高血液科住院患者出院健康知识知晓率中的应用

Abstract Objective: To observe the application effect analysis on the rate of awareness of health knowledge in the hospital for hospitalized patients in the Department of Hematology. Methods: In our hospital recently from Jun. 2017 to Dec. 2017 of the Department of Hematology in our hospital 100 cases of hospitalized patients randomly divided into two groups, 50 patients in each group, the B group adopted routine health education, take a method of management quality control circle. The awareness rate of health education, the incidence of adverse events due to lack of health knowledge, the survey of nursing satisfaction and the quality of life of two groups of patients after discharge 1 months were analyzed. Results: From the awareness rate of health education, satisfaction rate, group A were 100%, 100%; group B were 80% and 90%, the rate of adverse events occurred in patients with low incidence rate was 2%. The awareness of health education, group B was 40%, the quality of life after discharge were two groups of patients are improved, including group A is better than that of group B, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.001). Conclusion: In patients hospitalized in Department of Hematology, QCC, can effectively improve the hospital health education knowledge awareness rate, decrease due to lack of health knowledge and the incidence rate of adverse events, improve patient satisfaction with nursing care, improve the nurse patient relationship, and achieved good results, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
