| Analysis on Monitoring Results of Foodborne Pathogens in Fuxin in 2014 to 2016 |

Abstract Objective: To understand the pollution of food borne pathogens in food in Fuxin, analyze the pollution of food borne pathogens in different food categories and different sampling links, and provide scientific basis for monitoring and evaluation of food safety risk in the region. Methods: According to the inspection method of the national food pollution and harmful factor risk monitoring manual, 424 samples were collected in -2016 in 2014 to detect common foodborne pathogenic bacteria, such as Salmonella. Results: 89 positive samples were detected, the total detection rate was 21%, the detection rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa was the highest, the detection rate was 100% (6/6), followed by 43 strains of Bacillus cereus, the detection rate was 34.1% (43/126), 30 strains of Lester bacteria were detected, the detection rate was 17% (30 / 177), and 8 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were detected. The detection rate was 12.7%. (8 /63) 2 strains of Enterobacter sakazakii were detected, with a detection rate of 4.4% (2 /45). The detection rate of pathogenic bacteria in food service was significantly higher than that in circulation (χ2=5.97, P<0.05), and the detection rate of pathogenic bacteria in bulk (simple package) was significantly higher than that of pre packaged food (χ2=6.22, P<0.05). Conclusion: Pseudomonas aeruginosa in direct drinking water has a certain food safety risk to residents'drinking water hygiene. Bacillus cereus contamination in rice and other flour products is serious. Food borne infant food contaminated by Enterobacter sakazakii is also a high-risk food. Supervision should be strengthened.
