| Changes and Significance of Ultrasonography in the 7th Week of Pregnancy of Spontaneous Abortion Patients |

Abstract Objective: To study Changes and significance of ultrasonography in the 7th week of pregnancy of spontaneous abortion patients. Methods: 150 pregnant women in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2016 were selected. And all pregnant women were 7 weeks old and underwent vaginal ultrasonography. According to the pregnancy outcome, 70 patients with spontaneous abortion were set as the observation group, and 80 patients with non-spontaneous abortion were set as the control group. Collect compared two groups of pregnant women 6 weeks, 7 weeks, 8 weeks of fetal heart rate (FHR), average sac diameter (MGSD), calculation of the hip (CRL) and long average gestation sac diameter - top hip ratio (MGSD/CRL) and compare two groups of patients with clinical indicators. Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups of age and gestational age. Observation group of beta human chorionic gonadotropin (beta HCG) and progesterone levels significantly lower than the control group, uterine spiral artery blood flow parameters (RI) is significantly higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); The FHR in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group at week 6, week 7 and week 8, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The MGSD of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group in week 6, week 7 and week 8, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in CRL differences between the two groups at week 6, week 7 and week 8 (P>0.05). The MGSD /CRL in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group in week 6, week 7 and week 8, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Ultrasonic examination of pregnant women's fetal heart rate, average diameter of the capsule, the average diameter of gestation sac - the ratio of top to hip length, beta -HCG and RI have a high evaluation value in spontaneous abortion, and the intervention measures should be taken according to the individual condition of pregnant women.
