改良式多U型子宫压迫缝合术在难治性产后出血中的应用分析

Abstract Objective: To investigate the effect of modified multi U-type uterine oppression suture in refractory postpartum hemorrhage. Methods: 80 patients with refractory postpartum hemorrhage admitted to hospital from October 2014 to October 2017 were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in the compression and suture group were given modified multiple U-type uterine pressure sutures. Patients in the B-Lynch group were treated with suture. B-Lynch suture was given to compare the perioperative indicators, stress, complications and quality of life between the two groups. Results: In the compression suture group, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative 2h and 24h hemorrhage, red blood cell and plasma infusion volume, length of stay, NE, E, MDA, ET-1 levels, hysterectomy, secondary anemia and menstrual abnormalities, the incidence was significantly lower than that of the B-Lynch suture group. The serum albumin and general health status at 24 hours were significantly higher than those at the B-Lynch suture group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The improved multi U-type uterine oppression suture has a significant effect on refractory postpartum hemorrhage. The prognosis is good and has implications for reference.
