| The Effect of Huoxue Tongyu Decoction combined with TCM Syndrome Differentiation in the treatment of Patients with Ovulatory Infertility |

Abstract Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Huoxue Tongyu decoction combined with TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of patients with ovulatory infertility. Methods: 98 patients with ovulatory infertility in our hospital from Feb. 2016 to Apr. 2017 were selected as the study objects, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 49 cases in each group. The control group was treated with western medicine, and the observation group was treated with Huoxue Tongyu decoction combined with TCM syndrome differentiation. The oviposit rates and pregnancy rates of different duration of disease, diameter of follicle and the thickness of endometrium before and after the treatment of two groups were compared. Results: The oviposit rates and pregnancy rates of observation group with different duration of disease were all higher than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The diameter of follicle and the thickness of endometrium of two groups before the treatment were compared, and the differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05). The diameter of follicle and the thickness of endometrium of observation group were all higher than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The clinical effect of Huoxue Tongyu decoction combined with TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of patients with ovulatory infertility is better, and it can significantly improve the oviposit rate and pregnancy rate.
