Effect of Three-Dimensional Visualization Reconstruction Technology Combined with Laparoscopic Surgery in the Treatment of Colorectal Cancer and Observation of Complication Incidence Rates |

Abstract Objective: To investigate the impact of three-dimensional visualization reconstruction technology combined with laparoscopic surgery on the treatment of colorectal cancer and to observe the incidence rates of complications. Methods: Clinical data of 51 patients with colorectal cancer who underwent laparoscopic surgery at our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were retrospectively analyzed and included in the single group.Clinical data of 54 patients with colorectal cancer who underwent laparoscopic surgery combined with three-dimensional visualization reconstruction technology during the same period were analyzed and included in the combined group.Surgical indicators,short-term efficacy,gastrointestinal function,and stress responses (neutrophil (NE),white blood cell (WBC),cortisol (Cor)) were compared between the two groups before and 48 hours after surgery.The incidence of postoperative complications was compared between the two groups. Results: In comparison to the single group,the combined group exhibited shorter surgical and hospitalization times,lower intraoperative blood loss,reduced accidental vascular injuries,better short-term efficacy,and shorter recovery times for bowel sounds,first exhaust,first defecation,and first feeding (all P<0.05).At 48 hours after surgery,both groups showed a significant increase in NE,WBC,and Cor levels,but the combined group had lower levels compared to the single group (all P<0.05).The combined group had a lower incidence of complications compared to the single group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination of three-dimensional visualization reconstruction technology with laparoscopic surgery significantly benefits the treatment of colorectal cancer.It enhances gastrointestinal function,mitigates stress reactions,and reduces complications.
