Analysis of the Effectiveness of Autogenous Fiber Blood Clot Transplantation Combined with Arthroscopic FasT-Fix Repair surgery in Patients with Meniscal Tears |

Abstract Objective: To analyze the therapeutic effect of autogenous fiber blood clot transplantation combined with arthroscopic FasT-Fix for meniscus tear. Methods: The clinical data of 145 patients with meniscus tear admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into observation group (n = 74) and control group (n = 71) according to surgical methods.The control group underwent arthroscopic FasT-Fix surgery,and the observation group underwent autogenous fiber blood clot transplantation combined with arthroscopic FasT-Fix surgery.The knee function (IKDC),pain (VAS),Lysholm and knee motion (Tegner) scores,prognosis and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups before and after treatment. Results: Comparison of the difference between the two groups before and after treatment showed that the increase of Lysholm and Tegner scores in the observation group was greater than that in the control group (P<0.05),the decrease in the VAS score in the observation group was greater than that in the control group (P<0.05),and the increase in IKDC was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group (2.70%) was significantly lower than that in control group (11.27%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Meniscus healing status of observation group was better than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Compared with arthroscopic FasT-Fix repair surgery alone,the combined treatment with autologous fibrillary blood clot transplantation was more beneficial to improve the Lysholm,Tegner and IKDC scores of meniscus tears,reduce the VAS scores and the incidence of adverse reactions,and promote meniscus healing.
