| The Effect Observation of Combined Application of Tin-like Powder with Other Drugs and in theTreatment of Diabetic Patients with Oral Ulcer |

Abstract Objective: To investigate the effect of tin-like powder combined H2O2 and Tetracaine gel in the treatment of diabetic patients with oral ulcer. Methods: 98 diabetic patients with oral ulcer were randomized into treatment group (n=49) and control (n=49). The treatment group was treated with tin-like powder combined with H2O2 and Tetracaine gel and the control group only with tin-like powder. All the patients were treated for 5 days,subsequently two weeks’ follow-up, then clinical effect was compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of oral ulcer in treatment group (95.9%) is obviously higher than that of the control group (81.6%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Meanwhile the time of pain relief and ulcer healing is obviously shortened, with the difference statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion: In the treatment of oral ulcer with diabetes, combination of tin-like powder, H2O2 and Tetracaine gel has higher effective rate and more rapid curative effect, therefore it is worthy of clinical application.
