超声造影在缺血性卒中脑灌注成像中的应用价值

Abstract Objective: To observe the effect of contrast-enhanced color ultrasound (CEUS) on carotid artery, vertebral artery and cerebral blood flow perfusion in patients with ischemic stroke. Methods: 50 patients with ischemic stroke from September 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the study group. Contrast-enhanced ultrasonography (CEUS) was used to measure the blood flow of right carotid artery (rICA), left carotid artery (LCA), right vertebral artery (rVA), left vertebral artery (lVA), anterior cerebral blood flow perfusion (aCBFV), posterior cerebral blood flow perfusion (pCBFV), and whole cerebral blood flow perfusion. (tCBFV). Results: The aCBFV of patients with anterior circulation cerebral infarction was significantly lower than that of patients with posterior circulation cerebral infarction (P < 0.05), and pCBFV was significantly higher than that of patients with posterior circulation cerebral infarction (P < 0.05). There were no significant differences in tCBFV, aCBFV and pCBFV among different types of cerebral infarction patients with anterior and posterior circulation (P > 0.05). Conclusion: Contrast-enhanced ultrasound can effectively check the arterial blood flow in patients with ischemic stroke, and can accurately evaluate cerebral perfusion blood flow, which has a good role in the diagnosis of disease.
