综合性行为干预在延缓慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者疾病进展中的作用观察

Abstract Objective:To investigate the effects of comprehensive behavioral interventions on the progression of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods: 106 cases of COPD in our hospital from March 2015 to May 2017 were selected. If they received comprehensive behavioral intervention, they were divided into observation group and control group. The control group received conventional treatment only, while the observation group received comprehensive behavioral intervention on the basis of conventional treatment. The patients of two groups were received respiratory function assessment after 6 months, and their quality of life and the number of acute attacks of COPD were evaluated. Results: After 6 months' intervention, the FEV1, FEV1% and the number of acute attacks in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). In the observation group, the social psychological influence, activity, respiratory symptoms and total scores in the SGRQ assessment scale were significantly lower than those in the control group at 6 months. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of comprehensive behavioral intervention in patients with COPD can effectively improve lung function and quality of life of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, help to delay the progression of patients' condition, and has a very positive effect on the control of disease progression. It is recommended for clinical application.
