CT和B超联合检测在宫颈癌宫旁浸润和淋巴结转移中的诊断价值

Abstract Objective: To investigate the application value of CT and ultrasonography in the diagnosis of cervical cancer parametrial invasion and lymph node metastasis in cervical cancer patients. Methods: 102 cases were treated with CT detection, ultrasonic detection and combined detection, including cervical cancer parametrial infiltration and lymphatic metastasis, analysis of the test results. Results: There were 56 cases of cervical cancer and 60 cases of lymph node metastasis. The accuracy, specificity, positive predictive value and correct index of combined detection in the diagnosis of cervical cancer were 95.10%, 97.83%, 98.11%, 87.96% respectively. The accuracy, specificity, positive predictive value and correct index of lymph node metastasis were 93.33%, 94.12%, 95.24%, 96.55%, 90.91% and 88.57%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those of CT and B-mode ultrasonography. Conclusion: CT combined with B-ultrasound can effectively reduce the misdiagnosis, improve the accuracy, and have high application value.
