金天格胶囊联合阿法骨化醇软胶囊治疗糖尿病性骨质疏松症的临床研究

Abstract Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Jintian Ge capsule combined with alfacalcidol soft capsules on diabetic osteoporosis and its effect on blood sugar level, clinical symptoms and bone metabolism. Methods: 90 patients with diabetic osteoporosis treated in our hospital from June 2015 to January 2017 were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with Alfacalcidol Soft Capsules, and the observation group was treated with Jin Tian Ge capsule combined with Alfacalcidol Soft Capsules. After one year of the treatment,the curative effect, adverse reactions, blood sugar, bone pain symptom score, bone metabolism index and bone mineral density were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group (91.11%) was higher than that of the control group (75.56%), and the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05), and the levels of FBG and HbALc in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment, and the differences was statistically significant (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in the level of FBG and HbALc in the two groups (P>0.05). The scores of bone pain symptoms in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment, and the differences was statistically significant (P<0.05), and that of the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The levels of bone alkaline phosphatase in the two groups were lower than before the treatment, and the differences was statistically significant (P<0.05), and the level of bone alkaline phosphatase in the observation group was lower than that of the control group and the level of osteocalcin was higher than that of the control group, and the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the level of bone alkaline phosphatase in the two groups was lower than that before the treatment and the level of osteocalcin was higher than that before the treatment, and the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05), Tthe level of bone alkaline phosphatase in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the level of osteocalcin was higher than that of the control group, and the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant change in the level of blood calcium and blood phosphorus (P>0.05). After treatment, the BMD of femoral trochanter, femur neck and lumbar vertebra in the two groups were higher than that before treatment, and the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05), and the BMD in the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was not significantly different(P>0.05). Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of Jintian Ge capsule combined with alfacalcidol soft capsules on diabetic osteoporosis is significant. It can effectively relieve the pain symptoms, improve the bone metabolism and the BMD, but it has no effect on blood sugar.
