| Analysis on the Current Situation and Influencing Factors of Health Records of Urban Residents in Chengde |

Abstract Objective: To study the current situation and influencing factors of health records of urban residents in Chengde city. Methods: A total of 800 households in Chengde city were selected by multi-stage stratified cluster sampling, to investigate the establishment of health records, and to investigate the influencing factors by single factor and multi factor Logistic regression analysis. Results: In the 800 subjects, 685 (85.63%) had established health records, 115 (14.38%) did not establish health records. The factors that affected the health records of residents in Chengde city were age, household income, whether to enjoy financial assistance, and whether they were satisfied with health education, and whether to participate in the training of health institutions and other factors, especially whether or not to accept financial assistance, the satisfaction of health education and whether to participate in the training of health institutions had a greater impact. Conclusion: The establishment of health records still need government support, increase to establish the significance of archives propaganda, establish corresponding supervision and accountability mechanisms, improve the awareness of residents to establish archives, as a basis to improve the health level and health quality and lay a solid.
