Abstract Objective: To investigate the dynamic changes of FT3, FT4 and TSH levels in thyroid function during pregnancy, and to investigate the prevalence of thyroid function in women with various stages of pregnancy. Methods: A total of 753 pregnant women and 114 normal pregnant women who had undergone pre - pregnancy physical examination and hospital delivery in our hospital between August 2015 and August 2016 were investigated. The serum FT3, FT4, TSH levels were measured by luminescence detection.According to the detection level and the corresponding diagnostic criteria to determine the prevalence of thyroid disease. Results: During pregnancy, the FT4 level decreased gradually with the pregnancy cycle prolonged, and there was significant difference in normal physical examination, early pregnancy, mid pregnancy and late pregnancy (F = 9.534, P <0.05); FT3 level (F = 4.968, P <0.05). The level of TSH in pregnant group increased gradually, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups There was significant difference (F = 12.398, P <0.05). The prevalence of thyroid disease in pregnant women was significantly higher than that in normal pregnant women (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the prevalence of thyroid diseases between early and middle stages of pregnancy (P> 0.05) There was significant difference between early and mid-pregnancy (P <0.05). Conclusion: The levels of FT3, FT4, TSH in pregnant women have significant changes, and the prevalence of thyroid disease in pregnant women is significantly higher than that in normal women. The incidence of thyroid disease in women in late pregnancy is significantly higher than that in early pregnancy and mid - On the corresponding measures should be taken to prevent and treat.
