| The Efficacy of Vacuum Sealing Drainage Combined with BFGF in the Treatment of Sacrococcygeal Bedsores |

Abstract Objective: To investigate the efficacy of vacuum sealing drainage combined with BFGF in the treatment of sacrococcygeal bedsores. Methods: 86 cases of sacrococcygeal bedsores were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Vacuum sealing drainage combined with BFGF and vacuum sealing drainage therapy alone were given respectively to the two groups. The clinical efficacy and the basic treatment between the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The hospitalization time, antibiotic use time, disappearance time of secretions, blood recovery time, dressing frequency and treatment cost were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Vacuum sealing drainage combined with BFGF can effectively improve the clinical efficacy, shorten the hospitalization time, promote the wound healing, accelerate the recovery of patients, reduce the cost of hospitalization and relieve the patients' economic pressure, therefore, is worthy of further clinical application.
