Investigate the Clinical Effect of Retinal Laser Photocoagulation in the Treatment of Various Ocular Fundus Diseases

Abstract  Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of retinal laser photocoagulation in the treatment of various ocular fundus diseases. Methods: 187 fundus diseases cases admitted in our hospital from November 2013 to December 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 89 cases in the control group given Woli Ting drug treatment, observation group, 98 cases (by retinal laser photocoagulation for treatment, after 2 months of treatment comparison. Results: The total effective rate of patients in the observation group of 90.82% was significantly higher than 76.40% (P<0.05); the adverse reaction rate of group observed was about 1.02% and it was significantly lower than the 4.49% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Treatment of ophthalmic surgery by laser photocoagulation treatment of different retinal diseases can significantly improve the overall efficiency and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
