Abstract  Objective: To analyze the distribution characteristics and drug resistance of pathogens causing nosocomial infection in hospitalized patients, and to explore the prevention and control measures of nosocomial infection. Methods: 648 cases of nosocomial infection were collected in our hospital during the past 6 years, and the positive strains were selected. The sources, bacterial spectrum and drug resistance of the specimens were analyzed. Results: The incidence of lower respiratory tract infection and wound infection in hospitalized patients was higher, and there was significant difference compared with other sites (P<0.01); The infection of Bauman and Staphylococcus aureus was more common, and compared with other bacteria species, there were significant differences (P<0.01, P<0.05); The infection of Acinetobacter baumannii was sensitive to imipenem and Cefoperazone / sulbactam, but the drug resistance rate was on the rise with the duration of administration of Bauman. Conclusion: Bauman Acinetobacter infection rate is higher in hospitalized patients. With the extension of the drug and the increase in the types of drugs, The rate of drug resistance is more and more high. In order to prevent and correct diagnose and treat, positive measures should be take.
