595nm染料激光联合强脉冲光治疗面部毛细血管扩张的疗效观察

Abstract Objective: To explore the efficacy of 595nm pulseddye laser (PDL) combined with intense pulsed light (IPL) on facial telangiectasia. Methods: A total of 144 patients with facial telangiectasia treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected and given simple random grouping by random number table method and divided into groups A, Band C, with 48 cases in each group. Group A was given 595 nm PDL + IPL, and group B was given 595 nm PDL, and group C was treated with IPL. The clinical efficacy, incidence rate of adverse reactions, recurrence rate, pain degree after treatment [visual analogue scale (VAS)] and self-satisfaction were compared among the three groups. Results: The total effective rate of treatment and self-satisfaction in the three groups showed group A > group B > group C (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the incidence rate of adverse reactions, recurrence rate and VAS score among the three groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: 595nm PDL has better efficacy than IPL in the treatment of facial telangiectasia. The combination therapy can significantly improve the efficacy of single treatment, and does not increase the incidence rate of adverse reactions and the number of recurrence, and it has higher safety.
