腹腔镜阑尾切除术对阑尾炎患者的疗效及对血清hs-CRP的影响

Abstract Objective: To study the curative efficacy of laparoscopic appendectomy on appendicitis and its effectsonserum Hypersensitive c-reactive protein (hs-crp). Methods: 95 cases of patients with appendicitis treated in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2018 were selected as study objects,The patients were divided into observation group (n=50) and control group (n=45) according to the simple random number table method. The control group received laparotomy, while the observation group received laparoscopic resection. Operation time, postoperative visual analogue scale (VAS) score, hospital stay, blood loss, postoperative gastrointestinal recovery time, hs-crp level, tumor necrosis factor alpha (tnf-alpha) and postoperative adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: The operation time, intraoperative blood loss and postoperative VAS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of hs-crp and tnf-alpha increased significantly in both groups. The levels of hs-crp and TNF- alpha in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The recovery time of bowel sound, anal exhaust time, anal defecation time and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.00%, significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: the application of laparoscopic appendectomy in patients with appendicitis has a significant effect and a small effect on serum hs-crp, which is worthy of promotion and application.
