经肛门显微手术治疗直肠肿瘤的临床疗效及对血清IL-2 IL-6 TNF-α水平的影响

Abstract Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of transanal microsurgery in the treatment of rectal tumor and its effects on the serum IL-2, IL-6 and TNF-α levels. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 68 cases of rectal cancer admitted from February 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital was carried out. The patients were divided into 2 groups by operation method, 34 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional rectal cancer radical resection (Miles operation), while the observation group was treated with transanal microsurgery. The perioperative condition, preoperative anorectal function score, serum IL-2, IL-6 and TNF- alpha levels and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared. Results: The operation time, anal exhaust time, feeding time, hospitalization time of observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group, the amount of bleeding was significantly less than that of the control group (P<0.05). After surgery, the anorectal function score of observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05), the serum IL-2 level of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the serum IL-6 and TNF-α levels were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05); the total incidence of urethral injury, infection, anastomotic leakage and encopresis of observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of transanal microsurgery in the treatment of rectal tumor patients is significant. It can help to promote postoperative recovery, and has less effect on serum IL-2, IL-6, TNF- a, and is safe and worthy of application.
