| Analysis of Early Comprehensive Nursing Measures for Elderly Patients with Pulmonary Infection and Heart Failure |

Abstract Objective: To investigate the early comprehensive nursing measures of elderly patients with pulmonary infection and heart failure. Methods: 156 patients with pulmonary infection and heart failure from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the subjects. Random numbers were used as the grouping principle to divide them into two groups: control group and study group example. The control group was treated with routine nursing. On the basis of the control group, the study group took the early comprehensive nursing measures immediately after the diagnosis. The changes of clinical symptoms and signs, the improvement of cardiac function after nursing intervention and the quality of life at 3 months were compared between the two groups. Results: The rales of the study group disappeared, the sputum disappeared or decreased, the body temperature returned to normal, the time of sputum culture and the peripheral white blood cell count returned to normal time were lower than the control group (P<0.05). The effective rate of improvement of cardiac function was 71.79% in the study group, which was higher than that in the control group 55.13%(P<0.05). The social function, body pain, body function, mental health, vitality, affective role and overall health score of the SF-36 scale were higher in the study group than in the control group at 3 months (P<0.05). Conclusion: Early diagnosis and treatment of elderly patients with pulmonary infection and heart failure is satisfactory and worthy of clinical promotion.
