Effect of Edaravone Injection on Plasma NO ET and Hemorheology in Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage |

Abstract Objective: To study the effect of Edaravone Injection on plasma NO, ET and hemorheology in patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: From November 2015 to February 2017, a total of 80 patients with traumatic brain hemorrhage in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The patients were treated with routine hemostasis, fluid infusion, intracranial pressure reduction, nutrition, anti-inflammatory, dehydration, diuresis and other symptomatic treatment; the observation group was given Edaravone Injection on this basis. Observe and record the clinical treatment effect of two groups of patients, compare the two groups of patients before and after treatment FMA score and ADL score; and the nemorheological indexes and NO, ET levels were detected and compared. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 95%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (72.50%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of FMA and ADL in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Two groups of patients after treatment, the observation group of whole blood viscosity (high and low shear), plasma viscosity, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, platelet adhesion rate and erythrocyte aggregation index were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the level of plasma ET in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, while the level of NO was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Edaravone Injection has good clinical efficiency in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage patients with craniocerebral trauma, which can effectively improve the hemorheological indexes and plasma NO and ET levels.
