红花注射液治疗脑梗死患者的临床疗效及对血清炎性因子的影响

Abstract Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of safflower injection combined with conventional rehabilitation therapy on hemodynamics and serum inflammatory factors in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods: 112 patients with cerebral infarction admitted in our hospital from September 2015 to May 2017 were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method. The control group was given routine rehabilitation treatment. On the basis of this, Combined with safflower injection treatment, each cycle included 28 days; compare the two groups of patients with clinical efficacy, hemodynamic changes, serum levels of inflammatory factors. Results: The total effective rate was 92.86% (52/56) in the observation group and 78.57% (44/56) in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (χ² = 4.667, P<0.05).The scores of FMA and BI in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, NIHSS score was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);After treatment, the high blood viscosity, low shear viscosity and plasma viscosity of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group. The maximal peak flow velocity and vascular resistance index of bilateral middle cerebral artery were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05);The level of serum Hs-CRP in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the levels of VEGF and TGF-β1 were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: On the basis of routine rehabilitation therapy, safflower injection can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of cerebral infarction patients, improve the blood flow status and reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors, which is worth to be spread.
