| The Value of Colposcopy and LEEP in Screening the |Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia |

Abstract Objective: To explore the value of colposcopy and LEEP in screening the Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia. Methods: A total of 1810 cases were diagnosed with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, from January 2012 to January 2014. All patients were further treated with LEEP and then processed routine pathologic examination. Cervical pathology biopsy under colposcopy, and cervical LEEP pathology were compared step by step. Results: The coincidence rates between Colposcopy and LEEP were CINI61.82%、CINII62.5%、CINIII73.5%. Conclusion: LEEP can significantly increase the diagnostic accuracy and decrease the misdiagnosis rate.
