Abstract  Objective: To study the protective effects of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides on adriamycin induced myocardial injury, and to explore the mechanism of adriamycin induced myocardial cell. Methods: Different concentrations of doxorubicin (1, 2, 4, 6μmol/L) with H9C2 were cultured for 6, 12, 24h,then calculated the cell inhibitory rates at different time and concentration;H9C2 cardiac myocytes were cultured with Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides of different mass concentrations (0, 3.125, 6.25, 12.5, 25mg/L),adding doxorubicin after 1h,observing morphological changes of the cells after 24h,calculating the cell inhibition rate;MCF-7,KB,K562 were cultured with Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides, adding doxorubicin after 1h,after 48h calculating the cell inhibition rate Results: The inhibition rate of 24h was the highest when 2μmol/L was cocultured with cells,25mg/L Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides can significantly reduce the death of myocardial cells induced doxorubicin, and not reduce the anti-tumor effect of drugs. Conclusion: GL-PS has a protective effect on myocardial cells, had no effect on adriamycin inhibit the growth of tumor cells, there is no synergistic effect.
