火针高选择性去隐神经关节支及腓总神经关节支联合塞来昔布口服对膝骨关节炎患者WOMAC评分及TNF-a的影响

Abstract Objective: To observe the influence on WOMAC score and TNF-a in arthritic on the method of fire needles high selectivity to cut off articular branches of the nervus saphenus and common peroneal nerve combined with taking Celecoxib by mouth. Methods: 60 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group used acupuncture to selective saphenous nerve and common peroneal nerve branch joint articular branch combined with celecoxib orally, the control group celecoxib oral evaluation before treatment and TNF-a content of 3 and 5 weeks and WOMAC score in the synovial fluid were recorded during the treatment of complications. Results: Fire needle therapy combined with celecoxib was better than that of the scores of WOMAC and TNF-a in synovial fluid of the control group (P<0.05), and the treatment of 1-3 weeks was significantly changed after 3-5 weeks treatment remained relatively stable level. Conclusion: The influence on WOMAC score and TNF-a in arthritic on the method of fire needles high selectivity to cut off articular branches of the nervus saphenus and common peroneal nerve combined with taking Celecoxib by mouth is better than taking Celecoxib by mouth merely.
