银离子妇用凝胶联合复方沙棘籽油栓治疗老年性阴道炎临床研究

Abstract Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Silver ion gel combined with Fufang shajiziyou suppository for senile vaginitis. Methods: 124 senile vaginitis from January 2014 to March 2016 were included and were treated with Silver ion gel combined with Fufang shajiziyou suppository. The clinical effect, vagina cleaness,side effect and recurrence were observed. Results: 64 patients were cured, 52 patients were effective, 8 patietns were ineffective and the cure rate was 93.54%(116/124). The side effect rate was 4.84% and the vagina cleaness were improved compared with that before treatment(P＜0.05).After 5 month follow up visit, 4 patients recurrented. Conclusion: Silver ion gel combined with Fufang shajiziyou suppository for senile vaginitis has sound effect with less side effect and recurrence rate, it is worth spreading.
